Worse hotel of my life. I am currently in the hospital cause of this hotels staff and lack of care for people with medical conditions. They refused to allow me to have my service animal in the breakfast area with me and when I went back down I had a bad seizure resulting in me hitting my head and I haven’t hit my head from a seizure in years. They took away my rights and now I the one suffering in pain not them. I hope this staff and hotel gets some training on ADA rules. Cause you broke so many! If I could give it 0 STARZ I would! If you have any medical problems please never stay at this hotel.

First time in Oroville. Nice drive from the Sacramento Airport. The hotel was clean, quite and the staff was extremely friendly. There were many restaurants in close driving distance from the hotel. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good.

My family and I are were in the area for a wedding. The room we got was nice and clean. There were plenty of outlets and room to place your belongings and luggage. The bed was extremely comfy and I got a great nights sleep. The pillows were even labeled to identify which were firmer or softer! The bathroom was good and I liked that they had reusable soap dispensers. However, the bathroom smelled a bit like mildew and had some dark spots (I’m not sure what they were). One of the down sides was that the front door to the hallway was thin so you could hear everything going on outside.

We enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back to visit very soon. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was made. That was one of the reasons we chose to stay at the Holiday Inn. So my family thanks you so much for having a clean and comfortable motel From the Murray family we thank you.

We checked into the Oroville Holiday Inn for a two night stay. The room was a good size and clean and the room location was good. Breakfast in the morning was very good! The location is close to restaurants if you need a meal.

Seems to be the best place in area to stay, felt safe, close to hospital was reason for visit, room was clean, staff was nice but one of our beds was the worst! Towels for hot tub are hard to get refilled no one bring more when asked.

Overall stay was excellent. Staff was professional, responsive and very kind upon arrival and departure. Room was spacious and quiet. Beds very comfortable and location was near many places to eat. I recommend this hotel.

I would go here if they fix the issues of customer service and room smell and fix the mold order smell. Also understand that breakfast ends at 10am not 9:30am. They stopped replenishing hot food items at 9:30am!
