My family booked this hotel last minute. Good price and it said renovated. I am going to start by saying that the staff is good and breakfast is nice. They have good variety and it was good. Forgot to take picture.🤷🏻‍♀️ But let me tell you that they had to move us to rooms 3 times. The first room was perfect until 5:30 am when the A/C started having problems. I called and they told me that no one was there until 8 am. He asked me If we would be okay until then? And I said will see. After 8 am I called again and they came to check on the A/C. They just played with the thermostat and told me they would come back to check it. Ok, my family and I decided to go to the pool. Well the pool needed cleaning in the area and the pool floor is falling apart.We stayed a little while. When we got back to the room the A/C was still the same not working.While I was calling front desk my kids were taking a shower and the curtain rod was falling down and there was water everywhere and the bathtub spout was loose and had no caulking. Booking said renovated right. They ended up moving us to another room. The A/C never worked. When we walked in the new room it smelled really strong, like mold. Horrible. Then I went downstairs showed them a picture and got us another room, last room was fine, no complaints. It sad because location is great,breakfast and staff. But I saw so many other things wrong. Bathtub wall was detached and about to fall of if you touch it to much. Carpet looked like 3 year old stapled them to the wall. Holes not filled properly on walls. Sink caulking showing. They have new thing with old things that needed to be changed. I can keep going. My A/C wasn't the only one that broke on that day I heard a complain on the radio of the maintainance guy. I hope they fixed everything and get a better supervisor or manager to looked this things up. Who ever supervised or did the renovation I give him and F..

I guess if you have no standards and don't care about your health then this place is fine for a night or two. First impression when I walked through the front door to the lobby was that it smelled musty inside and the temperature was not as chilly as you would expect. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, went to see it and it was hot and the air smelled moldy and very humid (if you know, you know) then I found literal mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. I'm allergic to mold spores so I went downstairs to the front desk and requested a new room because of said mold. The guy working didn't even question me and just assigned a new room on the floor above (same room but a floor higher). Went to that room and it smelled better (but not great) but it was actually was cold inside. Bathroom was pretty disgusting but no visible mold this time. The shower door tracks have basically never been cleaned before and there was missing caulk all over which means water is getting into the walls/floors. After showering I noticed a puddle on the bathroom floor like 3 feet away from the shower so there could also be a leak somewhere else in the wall. This place needs someone to test for mold and do serious remediation. It's not healthy for guests to stay or those employees to be working in that environment. Bed was clean and I stayed here just 1 night. Definitely would not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness and mold issues. HIG needs to do better at this location.

Positive: Location, Cleanliness, Staff Negative: My room was so damp. The air was set to 69 degrees the entire time I was there and the room was so humid like there was no circulation. My sheets and my clothing felt damp. I'm not sure why that was happening. The hallway humidity and temp were fine.

We are staying for a funeral and Karla at the desk was openly so rude and disrespectful to my mother in law who was burying her mother an hour later. Beating her hands together when speaking, very bad attitude, just the worst service i have ever seen at a hotel. I went back and asked for her managers number and she proceeded to argue with me over her behavior. In customer service, you apologize always. I would never stay at this holiday inn again if this is how the staff treats their guests booking rooms totaling over $1000 dollars on a slow Thursday. I would be embarrassed to have an employee like Karla work for me.

I visited this location for business on June 27th and stayed for a single night. While checking in, the woman at the front desk was not only rude and uncourteous but was borderline belligerent. I understand it was late at night (around 10:45 P.M) but she conducted herself in such a way it will deter me from staying with Holiday Inn for future endeavors. Not to mention I’m a IHG rewards member. Can’t overstate my disappointment.

Everything about the hotel gets five stars! Breakfast was amazing, entire hotel is spotless clean, rooms are modern and very comfortable and the service is exceptional. Highly recommended this hotel!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I have had the same issue both times. The area must attract the type of people that smoke weed in the rooms. Both times I stayed my room smelled like smoke and was very hazy. I talked to the front desk and they moved me floors. The hotel must condone this type of thing being it has happened multiple times. In room 317 I also found a couple roaches. My toilet didn't flush and when it did it wouldn't refill. I had to fix it myself by opening the rear tank and forcing it to fill. The shower was pressure was very weak and the water smells like sulfur. The overall condition of the rooms aren't very good, age is showing.

first time here, we got there early and had to wait to check in(room was not ready) we were told they would call when ready but never did, we went back in later and someone else checked us in. he was very nice and helpful. room was clean. beds were comfortable. hotel was quiet. breakfast was good and changed every day. there is plenty of parking.
