Positive: It?s my preferred hotel. Always stay here my family is comfortable we?re confident in the cleanliness of the beds, linen, and the hotel itself. Staff always wonderful, breakfast always good just a great hotel and location. Negative: They could update the washer/dryer to a double that bigger and have two to wash more loads for families

We will stay here again. Great location, clean and comfy, nice breakfast. Really liked that the fridge had an actual freezer! Front desk employees were all super nice.

Well all hero's don't wear capes...well at least Tonya left her's at home. I came in very exhausted a beat down newly single mom with 2 sick children who just needed to get away to rest. She handled me so delicately I was choked up. I don't have family near and I felt as if my mom was hugging me in the service she providing. She even tried to make sure I ate. Unfortunately a male housekeeper walked in on me undressed even with a DND sign on the door and through me in a panic....I called down and as I was crying in my room I could hear someone immediately came upstairs to address the matter. Tonya you will forever hold a special place in my heart.... bc I almost gave up.

Yes, it's 20 minutes from Auburn but it's near Target, Olive Garden, Longhorns and Old Navy plus an AMC nextdoor! I was just here again and Ms. Tina at the front desk was awesome! She made sure our check in was beyond smooth and she's uber pleasant! My room was as expected. I'm good. Let's not forget, it's usually very quiet. To the manager, please keep up the excellent work and always let your staff know that they're appreciated!

Large accessible room with sturdy mounted handrails. Great bathroom with roll in shower & good shower chair. shower controls were within reach. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was friendly, responsive, helpful- just excellent!! Thank you Dakota, Mary and the rest of the staff for the best stay we've had anywhere in a long time...and we travel alot!

I believe that this Hotel was recently renovated or it’s a brand new hotel it’s very very clean. The staff are very respectful. They have a hot breakfast. They have a good size pool (Outside) they have a nice fitness training room with free weights and treadmill’s. Computer and printer for guests it’s a great hotel. Hope this helps!!

The housekeeping staff was very noisy in the hall, holding loud, long conversations repeatedly from 6:30 AM until we left at 11:00AM. They also held loud phone conversations and repeated slammed the door to the housekeeping door no less than 10 times in a row. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable and very clean.

Great amenities at an affordable hotel, pleasant staff. Room was spotless and hotel was quiet. They have a decent fitness center and offer a basic free hotel breakfast. Wifi was sometimes weak but mostly worked!
