Great 1-night stay at the Holiday Inn in Ooltewah, TN. I literally have no complaints. Hotel is located in a great location with plenty of restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, check-in and out was smooth and easy, and the breakfast was great. I didn't take advantage of all of the amenities but they offer pretty much anything you need. Indoor pool/spa, fitness center, conference/meeting rooms, laundry services, and a computer station. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Would visit again.

We chose this hotel because we have had good luck with other holiday inn locations and several reviews have remarked on this location's cleanliness. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The bathroom had not been touched in the first room we were given, as evidenced by hair and urine on the toilet and a ton of hair throughout the bathroom. I assumed this was just an oversight. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and assigned us a new room. Upon inspection, the second bathroom, while a little better, did not appear as if it had been cleaned as well. At that point I was ready to find another hotel but, having gone through a third party to purchase, I didn't want to risk losing our money. They showed us a third room and it was acceptable so we stayed. I understand that it is impossible to ensure that all hair is cleaned up from guest to guest, but there was too much hair throughout the tub to believe that it was ever cleaned. The first room's toilet had hair ALL OVER it and the second room's toilet had hair and urine on the front side underneath the bowl. The front desk staff were amazing and gave us no trouble at all, however, the housekeeping staff need to be held to a higher standard. I would never stay at this location again.

We stayed 1 night on our way to Lynchburg. The hotel is very close to the interstate but without the noise. Lots of restaurants close by. Front desk staff was very friendly and check in was quick and efficient. Our room was large and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and both had an assortment of pillows from flat to fluffy and soft to firm. The hotel appears to be updated and looks great. The free breakfast is one of the best that we have had at a chain hotel. Several hot options available including real bacon. The fresh hot cinnamon rolls were the best. The attendant kept everything well stocked and impeccably clean. Would rate a 10/10 and definitely recommend.

We are on a 5 week road trip across the country. We are starting on the East Coast and working our way to the West Coast. We will be in a different hotel every night. I thought it would be helpful to post my reviews, if anyone cares.| |Night 1:||This hotel had everything I look for in a place to stay. It was clean, which is the most important trait I look for. The floors were luxury vinyl instead of carpet. The bed was very comfortable. || The staff was very friendly, which is the second thing I look for. They were very engaging with that Southern hospitality that I love.||The breakfast was my kind of breakfast. They had regular omelettes and egg white omelettes, crispy bacon, turkey sausage patties, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, pretty much everything you could want. Plus they have biscuits and gravy. I knew I was in the south, when I saw that. ||I highly recommend this place. Total price was $170 for 2 people. We signed up for the rewards program hoping that all of the Holiday Inn Expresses along our way will be this nice.

I was pleasantly surprised! Reviewers are not all equal. There have been a few negative for this hotel, thankfully none of them were true for my stay! The room was perfect, the greeters were kind, the breakfast and staff who prepared it awesome. Johnny was the first person who welcomed us, out of the park sir, thank you! Mona, Alejandra, and Bella followed through with outstanding care all the way to our checkout! I'll stay here again for sure!

I have stayed here three times now on business trips, and it will continue to be a favorite out of the 3 cities I travel to every month! First, the front desk staff is amazing. They are always brightening my day and sharing all the best events/ things to do during my visit. My team gets quality sleep every night after 13 hour days at our stays here. No planes, no obnoxious noises late at night. There's so much convenience to take advantage of nearby this hotel. Good local food, grocery store, gas station, Starbucks, they've got it all for your earliest mornings and latest nights. Safety, consistency, cleanliness, and friendliness are all top priorities of mine, and this hotel exceeds every expectation. I will be staying here every single time I visit Chatt!

This hotel fully exceeded all of my expectations. I was beyond surprised of how clean the property is, and how friendly the staff are. The room was VERY spacious with a huge flat screen TV, and the bathroom was very well kept. Dove beauty shower products are complimentary, which was an excellent touch. The bathroom downstairs was amazing. A changing table, and free tampons. The pool was cool & the hot tub was HOT. I will be staying here again when I am in chattanooga. Thank you to the front desk clerk, Trisha. She was very knowledgeable, and very polite. 5 stars!!!!

Watch out for that $75 pet charge! While the place was very clean and newer and breakfast was great. Being charged $205 for a Wednesday night is highway robbery. For that reason we will NOT stay here again. My dog is cleaner than most people! Oh and the guests are not picking up after their dogs outside probably for this very reason. Litter all around the parking lot too might not be ON property but still looks bad looking out the windows. Oh and could hear people stomping on the upper floor well into almost midnight. Check into pricing in the hotel RIGHT NEXT DOOR before you get hit with this ridiculous charge.
