I have stayed here a handful of times while in Omaha for work purposes. The staff have always been warm, friendly, helpful, and engaging. The hotel is always very clean and organized. Everything is maintained and updated well. The breakfast is wonderful. The lobby has a lot of things you can buy if you need something but don't want to run to the store. There is a good pool and a nice gym. I highly recommend this place, it's especially pleasant because of the staff who take care of it.

I do not recommend this place. My daughter’s debit card was charged the day she booked the room. When we went to check out, there were snack charges that I tried to pay for with my debit card, was told that the snack charges would be ran using the card on file. Instead of charging my daughters card $16, her card was charged the whole amount again plus snack charges equaling $1,216 dollars. Needless to say, when my daughter and 11 year old grandson were at the Texas and Tennessee game, her card was declined due to her card being double charged. They couldn’t even buy water and it was miserably hot. When we were there, I got my 2 grandkids snacks, and paid with my card. That night I bought the same snacks again, and the cost went from $9 to $18. I told the girl to just put it on the room tab. When I went to pay that tab, I asked for an itemized statement of costs. She acted really guilty and said that there were no room charges on the room. Integrity don’t seem to be a very big deal at this location. Excellent place! Rooms have everything in It. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, big bathroom with lots of towels, hair dryer. Rooms also have flat screen TV. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast bar in the morning and free beer and wine happy hour. Almost forget the gym and pool. Highly recommend!! Stacy was a gem!!💎

Positive: The room was overall very clean, the pull out couch bed had no sheets and the mattress had suspicious stains, but the staff were lovely the rest of the room and hotel was clean, the breakfast was actually good. Negative: Only the mattress mentioned above

My wife left her hair straightener by mistake. About a $150. We called as soon as we she realized it happened, as we were about 100 miles outside of Omaha. Housekeeping is less than honorable here. They are equipped with sticky fingers. Talked to the hotel front desk and then manager who listened and went to check, did not find the straightener, or so they said they did go and check, acted like they had better things to do and that we were putting them out to have to go and check. Light fixture over the sink in the bathroom has rust on it. Various places in the bathroom showed water damage and was not very clean. The floor was dirty, and the toilet looked like it had not been scrubbed in a while. The carpet in the room was dirty, brand new white socks were a light brown after our stay, and I only wore them in the room. Hands down, this is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. I now have a new low to judge my future hotel expectations and experiences. Don't stay here, there are better places to stay in Omaha.

I've had cleaner more comfortable rooms at motel six for $100 less per night. The room smelled like stale smoke, the bed was hard as a rock, the bedding smelled musty, and the bathroom had bugs in the shower.

Currently staying here, rooms are great, clean, updated, breakfast & coffee great. The staff is a little dull and dismissive, not adding a whole lot of customer service, eye contact, etc. Not the end of the world. Tonight through me for a loop. Was trying to have some leisure time in the gathering Room/tv room. Had to sit in a corner because some big ole bafoon is spread out in front of the tv sleeping with a hood over his head, for 45 min we tip toed around this guy monopolizing the four chairs, no one else could watch tv. Turned out its the evening clerks boyfriend. Now he's all perky and their in there together watching the tv, monopolizing, while she has a “be right back, taking care of business sign at the desk.” What the heck?

God bless Lily and God bless the United States of America. She saved me after 12 hours of driving. She may have also saved my husband from a complete tailspin. And then, after I was sweating after bringing in my gear, she gave me and my husband a beer. I love my husband, but why didn't I meet Lily first?
