Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha - Millard Area, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Omaha - 13131 I St, USA

We stopped here on our road trip and I highly recommend this Holiday Inn, we had a 7star experience. Great location, share premise with Sam's and Walmart. When one is hoping hotel to hotel, and if one hotel offers you more comfort you can easily notice it. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Lighting is very impressive, just like you would have it at home. Dramatic behind the bed post, top of the wardrobe covered lighting which gave a very relaxing feel. They offer Dove brand toiletries. Breakfast was quality. Beds were soft and very luxurious You will see and feel the difference right away. Great job, please maintain the standard so we can bookmark this spot.

Nice, modern hotel with comfy beds and pillows. The only negatives were that the elevator was really slow. I was on the top floor and I waited 5 minutes one time for the elevator to get there. And it makes a horrible noise when it stops. Also, the ice machine on my floor was broken. Other than those two complaints, it was a nice, clean hotel with a good breakfast and I would consider staying there again.

had to stay for a week for a work trip and it was nice while I was there, free breakfast, fitness room and a swimming pool, ice machine out in the hall ways, however house keeping kept coming into the room even with the sign on the door opting out of cleaning services and not to mention I accidentally left my sunglasses attachment for my prescription glasses and a another item and when I called twice two different people seemed to take it seriously took my name and number but never called me back, unfortunately this experience left a sour taste in my mouth and if I'm in omaha again I will be opting for a different hotel.

Positive: very new, good breakfast, friendly staff members Negative: I have bed bugs biting in 320 room. Fortunately my wife and 2 kids has no issue, one kid sleep with me in the different bed but at the same room. my wife and other kid slept in the other room.

good for a quick stay. also near lots of stores and restaurants, which was nice. only thing was the lady that checked us in wasn't really paying attention to us, she did ask us what brought us to Omaha, but after that didn't seem interested.

Super awesome hotel best I have stayed in lin Omaha so far. Polite staff good breakfast, unlimited coffee! My on critique is the shower heads could use a update soon, aside from that very nice and clean hotel. Room service was polite as well.

Positive: Crisp, simple decorating. It smelled clean and everything looked well-kept. The beds were quiet and comfortable. Everything worked as should. Preferred the Texan omelet. Halls were quiet. Full length mirror, and it had an outlet next to it. Negative: Can't think of anything. Negative: ""

Nice staff, but rooms are not up to par. Visible dirt/liquids on walls and doors. Strong smell of mildew in rooms. Also a very loud buzzing in my room that the front desk could not identify.
