Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha I - 80, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Gretna - 16175 Stevens Pointe St, USA

We stayed for two nights and this location was ideal for family staying for a few days in the area. Walmart, Gas station, and fast-food services were conveniently close in walking distance. The indoor pool was clean and well-maintained. The room was serviced and properly cleaned before we checked in. Highly recommended and I wish all hotels emulate this branch in Gretna, NE.||I would like to add that the highlight of our stay was the excellent customer service and the quality of breakfast items. I'd like to recognize Mr. Robert from the front desk for his superb customer service. My wife left her make-up/cosmetics set in the bathroom and I received a voicemail and a text coming from Mr. Robert informing us about what we left. Mr. Robert made sure that the items we forgot were sent to our home and we received the package a week later. This is a prime example of customer service and dedication of the employees. Thank you so much to the Holiday Inn Express Gretna, NE staff.

Would absolutely stay here again if we're travelling through! Both check-in and check-out staff were incredibly friendly and engaging, and the process to get in and out was quick and easy. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Great shower pressure and spacious bathroom counter. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options ... perfect way to start our last leg of our road trip. ||Our room was next to the elevator and ice machine but barely heard any noise. If we're ever travelling through again, we'll stay in this sweet quiet town and great hotel!

Hidden gem! Clean, large rooms, friendly staff, accommodating, and free Beer, Wine, soda with snacks Mon-Weds. Safe area, lots of food options around, kid friendly, and pool is absolutely clean. Still has a brand new hotel smell in the lobby. Easy to reach on and off i-80.

Service was attentive and prompt despite arriving at midnight to check in. They gave us extra towels and bedding upon request… But the rooms are old and smelly. This place needs a renovation, tear up that stank carpet.

Stopped by to get some sleep after a strenuous afternoon of hiking. The room was spacious and clean as well as having a VERY comfortable bed. So much so I missed my alarm. They also have a decent fitness room with some cardio equipment, dumbell sets and exercise mats. Breakfast was complimentary as well as being great serving eggs, sausage and biscuits.

Stayed for 3 nights in 2024. Very friendly front desk. Room was clean, bed was okay. Great TV channel availability. Breakfast has plentiful options. No alcoholic drinks available in their 24 hr selection but plenty of nearby locations to pick some up. Convenient to I-80 and NE-370.

Clean! Everywhere. Nice quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Will come back. Ihg rewards membership is worthwhile. Easy to get to & from the highway.
