Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City West-Yukon, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Yukon - 700 Shedeck Pkwy, USA

The reason for choosing this hotel was the pictures we saw online of the pool and hot tub. The first thing my daughter wanted to do after checking into the room was to put her swimsuit on and go swimming. The entire pool room smells pretty bad. There was spiders and other things floating in the pool and the water was ice cold so even after she got in all she did was shiver the whole time. The sauna was not working. The hot tub was a greenish color and smelled awful. The rest of the hotel was decent. Our toilet seat was loose and the shower curtain was too short and breakfast was not amazing (sausage was like cardboard, oranges had mold, bananas were green, and eggs were overcooked) but the beds were comfortable and clean. If you need a hotel to stay at just for sleeping, this hotel would be fine. If you want a place for your family to stay, I would pick somewhere else.

Eian and Jess are always great, excellent friendly efficient. Hotel is always clean and conformable. Eian or Jess knows me by name and addresses me right proper and greets me with my normal requests for a bar of soap and they make sure the night auditor puts a copy of my receipt under my door. It makes traveling a bit less stressful when you make this property one of your normal stops. Well managed and well kept and cleaned. I cannot recommend this property more to anyone in the entire OKC Metro area, it's worth any drive you have to make.

The hotel from the outside was very nice walking in and being greeted by the staff was great upon arriving into my room. It was very nice and clean, and the lighting was great around the room. Everything was to my standard and clean. The experience was probably one of the best I’ve had at Holiday Inn express and suites, and I definitely will be back to stay at this location and Yukon Oklahoma and overall I had a great experience While I was there

We booked a room at this hotel because it has a pool and hot tub for my daughter‘s birthday. The pool was icy cold and had bugs in it and the hot tub smelled bad and was a greenish color. The breakfast was OK but not great. Sausage was hard and eggs had brown chunks from being stuck to the pan. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Needed a night's sleep driving cross country. Drove by a number of other options in the city and didn't feel the neighborhood was safe. This location alleviated those worries. Nice rooms, comfortable bed. The blackout curtains were a major plus. The location was very well maintained. Staff were courteous and professional. Exceptional value for the price. Would definitely stay again and I recommend this location to anyone.

Upon arrival the staff greeted me with a smile and were very professional. Check in was fast and hassle free. We chose a room with a king bed and extra floor space. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows exactly the way I like them. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a large selection of choices. I enjoyed the pancakes, bacon, and orange juice very much. The first morning I had a omelette, bacon, and biscuit. Even if you are a very selective eater you would surely be able to find something you would enjoy. The employee taking care of the buffet area was very friendly and asked how I was doing. Our entire stay was excellent and I will definitely be returning for another excursion!

We love this hotel and have stayed successfully many times. It has a great breakfast, comfortable beds and good A/C. However, they have changed their thoughtful policy of an early check in. It was 107 degrees outside and we arrived at 1:30, instead of the 2pm normal check in time. Even though rooms were clean and ready, they refused to allow anyone to check in. We were so surprised and shocked! We stayed out of the heat by shopping at local businesses, but will remember this tackiness when booking in the future, as there are many great hotels in this area.

Greeted with a smile at midnight....got into room right away...woke to a wonderful breakfast....great staff...they are ALWAYS cleaning!! Workout room very nice, never used the indoor pool but wish I had, it looked very inviting. Laundry room was handy. I just enjoy staying here.
