Clean and quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. Everything we needed after a long day. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. With a great breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again when visiting family.

All items in room worked as was the soaps and shampoo were filled and stock. Many times I have found the containers empty or not stocked at other hotels.( Breakfast was good and stocked the early part of morning when I was there. Staff was pleasant and helpful and greeted me well.

This stay was excellent! Hotel staff were very friendly and check in and check out was smooth. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices of food and drink. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great staff makes for a great place to stay. I stay at this hotel maybe two or three times per year and every time the staff has been wonderful to work with. You can tell the staff is committed to provide a great experience while visiting.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was all so kind and helpful. They were accommodating and the pool was maintained and fun for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast in the mornings especially like how they are open to accommodate the late morning risers as breakfast ends at 9:30. We will be staying here again!

I stay at this location frequently. All of the staff are very friendly and excellent at their jobs. All areas of the property are kept extremely clean. Breakfast is good. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a peaceful stay.

Staff was nice, property was not shoveled making it hard to get luggage and self to the entrance, room was clean, breakfast was decent, cost was unfairly increased bc of weather, points were not added to account yet, pool area was locked before the posted closing time

I was at another hotel that used an air spray in each room which I am deeply allergic to. I requested a refund and they called HolidayInn Express to book me another room. I arrived at the new hotel and the greeting was by the manager and the desk associate. They did not ask me if I had rewards. They informed me my cost for the night would be 60.00 dollars more than what I was paying at the other hotel. I feel for Norfolk, Nebraska the rates for one night are to high. In the morning I asked the desk associate to include my rewards. She was very nice and was efficient.
