Bless your heart!!! We came on a holiday with minimal staff. I must say that the receptionist was exemplary with trying to accommodate our large group BY HERSELF! Kudos to you, you are awesome. Even trying to make us breakfast, you Rock! And thanks to management for stepping in to help! A+
The 2 front desk women were so friendly. We got in and had issues with our card getting us into our room. We were given another room and were surprised with freshly baked cookies for the inconvenience. The room was perfect for our family of 7. The two queen beds with pull out bed were great. We packed toiletries but were surprised to have the shower stocked with full size bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast had many options, omelets, b&g, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, pre packaged waffles, an automatic pancake maker, fruit, juices, sausages, potatoes, and more. |The pool was clean and the kids had a great time. The lobby was decorated with sunhats and flip flops which was a cute touch and there was a vending area for picking up a quick snack. Would definitely stay here again. Just 40 minutes away from Silver Beach which was our reason for staying.
Great place to stay and great staff. I was honestly nervous to be out there, but the hotel was warming and inviting, along with their staff. Room was also reasonably priced and great breakfast options. Parking isn’t an issue, there was plenty of spaces. Also the hotel has a lot of food options, banks/credit unions and dispensaries within walking distance or 2-5 min car ride.
The carpets were soaked, and the mold smell was so horrific that I'm genuinely concerned about long-term health impacts from the single night we stayed. We noticed the smell immediately upon entering the lobby, but every other hotel was booked, and it was 1am. Hoping the room would be better, we were shocked to find it even worse! The next night we stayed elsewhere, and the mildew/mold smell was so pervasive that we couldn't even wear the same pajamas. Despite extensive travel worldwide, including budget stays in India, Niles, Michigan, has set a new low.
My hubby and I visited for a little anniversary weekend getaway. We appreciated the card from everyone! Thank you, Cassandra and everyone else, at this Holiday Inn express!
The shower didn’t work in my room. Someone should have offered me the use of another shower rather than simply apologizing, no? In-room slim Jim service is highly recommended lol. This place knows how to stop a migraine that’s for sure! Great breakfast, pool and staff! Thanks! Update: how should I reply privately?
The place was excellent, plus being employed was excellent. They treat you like family, unfortunately I had to quit due to health issues. Other than that I would have remained there and retired. Miss y'all ❤️❤️
Room was very clean and well stocked. Overall stay was great. The staff here is very friendly and made our stay great. I usually use holiday inns for business stays and this was by far the best one I have ever visited.

Spent four days in Niles near my Dad for Christmas. Rooms were comfortable, and clean. Spacious and nice. Staff was very nice and polite. Kids loved the breakfast. Lots to choose from.
My wife and I have stayed here twice and both times have been a good experience. It's in a good location near restaurants and gas stations. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean.
Outstanding holiday display... This was a great way to end the season and start Epiphany, Three Kings Day. We're looking forward to visiting these gardens later this year (to see the actual gardens).
Beautiful park that has compacted trails. 3 trails to choose from. We took the longest route which was 2.3 miles. They all loop. It was beautiful day to get out and walk.
This was our first time ordering from âPizza Transitâ. I am so glad we did! We had a craving for breakfast pizza, and it so happens that is what Januaryâs Pizza of the Month is. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious! A perfect balance of fla
While there isn't really anything left from the 1691 fort, there is a lot of cool stuff to see here if you're in the area. As a historian, I'd recommend doing a little research before visiting the site because you're going to get a lot more out of it
We were at Notre Dame last weekend and saw that we were very close to the Michigan state line, so we decided that we had to go into Michigan. Right as we crossed the state line, I said we should just eat dinner here in Michigan, and I said I wish we

Went during football game and it was a pretty popping scene! Food took a little longer than expected (we did have a big party and three orders of chicken tenders) but the waitress was great at her job! Food was delicious and wish we tried more on the
