Holiday Inn Express & Suites Naples North - Bonita Springs, an IHG Hotel - Featured Reviews (528)
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express at Bonita Springs, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment my husband service dog and I had arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.
The front desk team was exceptionally efficient and went above and beyond for us. Thank you for your exceptional service and for making our stay so memorable. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience is truly commendable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hospitality experience and am already looking forward to our next stay in a couple of months.
My wife and I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels. They suffer from an identity crisis. Some are modern and well-appointed, and appear to be worthy competitors to Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and the like. Some are older and tired looking and appear more in the Best Western category. This hotel is one of the latter. ||||So, why 4 stars? Because if you put this hotel in the budget category, it does that very well. I rated this to be a very good budget hotel. I just left there today after 5 nights in room 420. ||||The negatives: Hotel needs a facelift. It looks old and worn. Landscaping around the hotel is sparse. The only elevator groans and rattles and is too small. ||||Language can be an issue. We usually decline room service because we have our dog with us, but I still need fresh towels and trash removal. On 5 different occasions, I walked up to a housekeeper with an arm full of used towels, and 4 times I got “no hablas anglais.” Really? Isn’t it pretty obvious what I wanted? Shouldn’t these ladies have at least a rudimentary understanding of what a guest might need and say? Please don’t get me wrong, I’m not opposed to immigrants. I think this country needs a very robust LEGAL immigration policy. My lengthy experience with hispanic immigrants is that they work very hard and love being in America, unlike the spoiled brats we see on many of our college campuses. But, I digress.||||Poor water pressure in the shower. The water pressure in the sink was great, leading me to believe that they just need to replace the shower head.||||The good: The free breakfast is surprisingly good. Bacon or sausage, eggs, oatmeal, great cinnamon rolls, and pancakes every morning. The hotel was very quiet, had plenty of free parking, and wonderfully comfortable beds with great pillows.||||The bathroom was big and clean with large, soft towels.||||They allow dogs. I was charged $75 for my dog for those 5 days.||||When I had to call the front desk for clean towels, they were very responsive. The staff were very polite (but they could use a dress code). ||||The room rate was very reasonable.||||I would stay here again.
This hotel was comfortable and very clean! They offer an outdoor pool, business center and breakfast in the lobby. There is plenty of parking. The location was convenient and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thought it was a good value!
Overall is a good place to stay and affordable as well. Has an outside pool and a really good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful personall. During the week, there is a lot of workers stay there and in early hours they honk and are pretty loud leaving for work, hotel management does not seem to care about that, but the noise from all the activities will wake you up. Same in the evening, drinking by the pool, yelling, screaming. Other than that is a reasonable place to stay.
We had a great stay at this property, and the people couldn't be nicer. Clint, Danielle (managers) were engaging, and |Keisha did a great job with keeping breakfast going. The only drawback is the construction out front, but that is not because of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay there.
ROACHES !! More than 3 roaches crawled out of our AC unit on our second night there. DISGUSTING !!!!
The hotel is old and musty. I wish I would’ve read ALL of the reviews.
This place smells old as soon as you walk in. The room “looked” clean but the reality is that this hotel is old. The shower knobs and and shower head were rusty.
The beds were comfy, people at front desk were friendly and the breakfast was good. Still grossed out. Will not stay here again.
The room is just exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect is such an attentive staff at the front desk as well as the people that took care of the rooms. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly... and that, says a lot. The front desk people even told me how I could get the room cheaper online. I was there for 4 days so I saved about an additional $80 on my stay.
The exception to this stay was the lady at desk the first evening we believe her name was Susy, she was very sweet and helpful. When we got off the elevator we noticed a musty smell and it got worse in room. The room itself was dirty shower was a mess and probably should be replaced. Exhaust fan filthy, rug outdated filthy, had to call for towels because nobody showed up to clean room, housekeeping don't understand english or so they say. First day at pool was dirty and full of leaves. Several people became ill after eating breakfast bar. We paid 861.91 for this dive for 3 nights. We travel a lot and won't stay in another Holiday Inn.

My friend and I stayed at this resort a week ago for two nights and loved every minute. The moment we checked in they treated us so good. The front desk was very helpful and attentive. We loved our room so much we ordered in for dinner that night
Stayed here for two nights and only have positive things to say! The kayaks were so much fun and free! Itâs a beautiful waterfront spot with a great hot tub. The atmosphere was so positive and peaceful with the sweetest staff. We will be returning!
