Bed was comfortable, Room was clean and neat, and staff was very friendly. On the down side, The AC didn't cool very well, television volume was low to the point I had to pull the desk chair in front of it and still had to struggle to hear, bathtub was stained, dead bolt on room door was near impossible to lock and even worse when we tried to get out the following morning.

This hotel felt clean and comfortable. Could ask for a little more in the small gym but no other complaints. Staff was friendly and breakfast had all the normal items. I typically stay with Hampton, but the one next door...needs a bit of cleaning. If you're traveling to Nac and like me, stay with Hampton, choose this Holiday Inn.

I stayed here for work in town and unfortunately I could not wait to leave. The staff is very friendly here, but the rooms are old and need updating. I've stayed in several Holiday Inn Express and this by far was the worst one I've seen. The room felt very muggy and had a smell to it. The carpet in the hall and in the room was stained and dirty. The power cut out twice the night I checked in. There was a bug in the bathroom (not a bed bug but still gross!). The smoke detector on my second night looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling.

Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and savvy when it comes to customer service. Not just one individual but every staff member here has been outstanding during my stay.

We stay here often for work but this last time was the last time we will ever stay here. Our crew travels 300+ days a year f9r work and this is by far the worst hotel weve ever stayed at. The mold/mildew smell smacks you immediately. The rooms are so humid that the beds feel wet all the time no matter what you set the AC at. The plumbing is awful with leaking valves, hammering pipes and constant running toilets. It's clear it's old and outdated to the max, but apparently repairs just get bandaids or covered up. Reception was always friendly and it's not their fault the building is in terrible condition. Stay far away from this one folks!

The beds were really comfortable and they have a nice buffet style for breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful

Water from the toilet in the room above us was dripping onto the toilet seat in our bathroom. When I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it was wet and I didn’t know why. (Disgusting!)There was also patching on the ceiling. This was room 216. I notified the front desk and have called to speak with the manager several times, but never able to reach her. Overall, the hotel is very outdated and needs maintenance. The grout in the bathroom was broken up and loose. The handicap accessible bathroom in the lobby had no door on it. Terrible experience

I checked in early which is why I assume the carpet feels muggy, but it could be that the ac was turned off for a while which caused it to. The biggest issue I have is with the toilet. Since I'm a male and when I have to go number 2, the bowl is too small. Other than that, it's a pretty normal room and nothing really sticks out and for the price, I'm not complaining. Also, the front desk attendant was very friendly which helps make the experience better.
