Probably the best Holiday Inn hotel I’ve ever been to! Very clean room and well maintained common areas. I used to work as a hotel housekeeper, so I know I the difference between clean and dirty hotels. This place is very clean. The breakfast was so unexpectedly good. Definitely had the best hotel breakfast ever.

Stayed here for a softball tournament in perris. Another great experience at holiday inn express. Raymond checked me in and answered all my questions about the area. Adrian answered all my questions after Sunday. The girl who did breakfast was sweet too. The pool was closed for repairs Sunday but was open again Monday. I forgot my shaving kit when I left on Wednesday and when I got home I just called and the girl found it and saved it till I could pick it up Saturday. They still have customer service at holiday inns

Love this place. They have a nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices that change everyday and their rooms are equipped with everything I need and ask for and nice views with the feel of wanting to live there. Last time I was there earlier this year, I stayed in a room directly across from my kids so we could walk back and fourth when visiting and my grandkids loved it! Thank you Holiday Express for coordinating this well for me and my family!🩷

This review is to highlight the exceptional service I received from one individual at this particular Holiday Inn. The hotel staff as a whole is not my favorite. The front desk check in is never a good experience here. If you show up before 3 it’s 50$ to get into your room early. I understand this is certain situations but not when there are several rooms ready for occupancy. This location offers a pretty good breakfast, although finding someone to clean up requires you hunting for an employee. But not today! Today a woman was cleaning and happy and saying good morning to everyone. She took a genuine interest in every guest she spoke with. The whole place was smiling and just in a good mood. I asked her name so I could mention it and all I got was “manager in training, but everyone works together”. I responded to that with a laugh, Because she knew it wasn’t true also. Thank you mystery woman for making my breakfast enjoyable !

Great location, kind of a hidden entrance and due to a high school football game it's was a bit crowded driving into the hotel. Room looked great, very clean, cozy, no balcony, lots of parking, next to a coffee shop, movie theatre, and target. It's new so everything looked good as expected.

My stay at this hotel is from 5/5/24 to 5/8/25. My bathroom in room 322 is not flushing, and I called the front desk. They refuse to give us service. Their excuse is that is late. We told them 10:30 am. Came back to sleep at 7 pm and they do not even offer to change the room. The stuff at the front desk is rude. The lady at the front desk got upset last night when I asked for a toiletry item when they advertise a complimentary replacements. I would not recommend this hotel. Gaby

Wonderful hotel- they actually gave us enough shampoo, conditioner, and actual water pressure. We came from the Caesars Palace in Vegas- was a terrible experience over there. Thank you for providing us a clean and functional room to unwind.

I appreciate that the hotel is brand new and it was very clean. However, I will never stay there again. It was the loudest hotel I’ve stayed in and that is saying a lot. I didn’t sleep at all because if people walking around above us. You could hear people walking in hallways, you could hear toilets flushing, etc. Absolutely no insulation in the walls at all. Also, the breakfast ends at 9:30. Checkout is at noon and especially for a weekend, the breakfast should be served until later in the morning. Part of the draw of staying there was the included breakfast but my whole family couldn’t get up before 9:30 and ready to eat, so we missed it. Both the check in employee and the check out employee were not friendly and very cold/dry. Bottom line, clean hotel, but never again.
