Holiday Inn Express & Suites Murray, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Murray - 1504 N 12th St, USA

I can’t say enough about this Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The people, rooms and breakfast were absolutely amazing. Eddie checking us in, Billy with the breakfast and all other staff were the friendliest people we have come in to contact with recently and also ensured our stay was perfect. 10/10 recommend them!

My family and I had a great one night stay the Murray KY Holiday Inn Express. The gentleman checking us in could not have been more professional and polite. We enjoyed the clean pool and dry sauna as well as the next mornings hot breakfast buffet. We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Murray KY did not disappoint. My only complaint was with the very slow draining tub in room 402. Hopefully that can be addressed soon.

I had to stay due to a seminar as MSU— All around great service from hotel staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful in a timely manner when needed. Room was clean and comfortable. All around great stay, will definitely be back when needed.

Very clean hotel with great service. Had an issue with the AC in our room and the two young ladies working that afternoon, 12/1/23, quickly checked on the unit then moved us to a different, better room, within 5 minutes. Great service.

When asked the woman front desk was very helpful I called down for some writing material. She had it waiting for us when we got down there. She had small size and a large size paper said she did not know what size we wanted. I can’t say enough about the breakfast. It was great. The cinnamon rolls were the best I have ever had

It was a quiet stay, really close to Murray State. Conveniently located to many fast food stops. It was decently clean. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here to friends and family.

Our room was ready when we arrived. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. I needed two large deserts refrigerated and Eddie at the front desk put them in the employee refrigerator. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, new property, with excellent mattresses and pillows! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with great bathroom amenities.
