Spacious rooms which are clean and come with all necessary amenities. It also includes a microwave oven though there's no utensils for the same. Breakfast was the same over a week of stay but it was good with option of a cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, fruits, pan cake machine, some desserts and the usual options around bread, etc. The staff were mostly fine. Room service was nice. 4 stars for service as they were not willing to accommodate points for the stay to my account. Overall a good stay close to highway though there's not much options in terms of restaurants nearby and you will need to drive down to downtown if you need options.

Rooms are actually pretty nice considering it's a Holiday Inn. Located near the Bay View campus and other Google buildings accessible via bike routes. Staff are mid in terms of friendliness but aren't bad. Lobby has basic snacks and necessities for purchase. Laundry facilities onsite for a fee.

The rooms are huge and well maintained. While being in the centre of the Silicon Valley, being that close to the highway has its disadvantages regarding noise pollution. Breakfast is average and lacks any kind of fresh fruit.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Mountain View Silicon Valley was absolutely fantastic! If you're looking for a top-notch experience in Mountain View Silicon Valley, I can't recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites enough. With its exceptional staff and outstanding service, it's become my go-to choice for every visit.

This hotel is fine. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had no hot water the first day. The staff at the front desk does not seem very engaged with hospitality.

I cannot give a good rating to this stay. I stayed in this hotel on April 7 through April 14. I made the booking on IHG App and had prepaid the full hotel charges with booking. While I checked in, I was charged by hotel frontdesk for $217.50 for deposit and the staff told me that charge would be refunded after I checked out "very soon". Now 4 weeks have passed since I checked out from the hotel -- I have not received the deposit refund yet. This is frustrating since I had many similiar "depost" charges with Hotel stays or other services, usually the refund will be back in about a week. I had another one night say, also in Holiday Inn Express (San Jose Int'l Airport). Same thing happened -- they charged me $50 deposit for one night stay while I checked in on April 14, and have not refunded it to me either until now. Isn't it too long time for a deposit refund? I am a very long-term IHG member and it's not happened very often during my past stays. So funny they had both happened in my this Bay Area stays on April.

The customer service night shift, was really understanding overall great reception, the rooms really clean and spacious. I stayed with my fiance for one night and we loved it.

The place provides a comfortable stay. The only issue we had was the absence of a wash basin inside the wash room which is made good inside the spacious room. As an Indian I would have preferred even if a small wash basin was fitted in the wash room. Other than this everything here adds to your comfort.
