Hotel has great quality and probably one of the nicest, if not, THE nicest hotel in the area. I do a lot of work throughout Louisiana and will definitely be staying here again. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Can't ask for more.

Friendly Staff, very clean and comfortable room, made us feel very special with our star membership acknowledged had a great stay - Staff at front desk are very kind and helpful - got the exact room I asked for - slept well.

A must stay when I am in town to visit family! Everyone is friendly and the property is clean. It is nice to see familiar faces. I have never had any issues while staying here; but I am confident they would be resolved if I did.

You never know what you're going to walk in, too, at a hotel. And let me tell you, what a great stay. To the amazing service, clean room. Pretty good breakfast, too. Everyone was so kind and friendly to us. Even the cleaning staff and maintenance crew always greeted us with a smile. The night staff was so kind to us too. Bringing a 4 month old is tough. Walking in from the start, they were so kind and upgraded our room to a suite that had a lot more space for us! Which was a blessing for this momma. Everything was so clean, too. We will be coming back the next few months for my husband's work, and I'm looking forward to coming. Thank you, Holiday Inn Staff. Look forward to seeing yall soon 😀

Wonderful hotel and the receptionist Destiny is the absolute best. She makes me want to come back. Most caring person I've ever met.

Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious.

It was great! The breakfast is hot and had a variety of items. When we needed anything front desk and housekeeping made sure we had it. The rooms are very clean. We loved it. We will be staying here everytime we go to Morgan City.

I would not recommend staying here! Upon check in the bed linens had stains on them, there were also food crumbs on the comforter as well as in the sheets. There were ants in the room and the bathroom was obviously not properly sanitized before they assigned the room to us. Which I personally find absolutely disgusting! When I called the front desk to complain, the staff member rudely informed me that I could come downstairs to get replacement linens for the bed myself. I then had to proceed to strip and remake the bed, which also included putting the duvet on the comforter, myself. The ants in the room weren’t addressed until the following day when it was reported for the second time to the daytime staff. I also informed them of our experience upon check in, but was never offered a cleaner room for the remainder of our stay. If you’re like me and prefer to stay at a clean hotel with friendly staff, this is not the place for you.
