Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miramar - Hotel in Miramar - 2700 SW 145th Ave, USA

The room was okay. Had a few issues and needed things fixed with the shower and the window. Service was okay also but the location was great. We normally like Holiday inn. This one wasn't bad but it could have been a lot better. Swimming pool and laundry facilities were very good though

Had a wonderful stay. The staff is top notch, rooms clean and comfortable. Good value and the breakfast selection is good. Will be booking aging for another week stay.

On June 30 2024,after enjoying a wonderful stay at this Location , the night before I returned to check in for another night after making my reservation on line. With no reason given I was refused service. I am thoroughly upset. I did get a refund for that night but was told by front desk that they did not know why. I heard from Maria the front desk supervisor who apologized and said the review is a good training opportunity. I forgot to mention that one of the front desk clerks said I couldn't give you a room if I wanted to which to me was very rude and insulting.

Positive: Apart from how clean everything was, I love that the hotel provided a popular brand of body wash instead of a bar of soap. It?s my first hotel experience where body wash was provided instead of soap. Negative: ""

Positive: The hotel was very clean. I was also pleased with the breakfast options. Negative: The pool close early at 8pm. There were a couple of evenings where we wanted to get in the pool but we couldn't. 8pm is too early to close the pool in the summertime.

1 star for the service. I was there on Apr 11 - 12, the girl who was at the front desk late night was nice but the lady who worked the afternoon shift was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. Never seen someone that rude working for the front desk. Who says "THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM GONNA TELL YOU" to a guest. Everything was nice but failed in the most important thing which is service and dealing with the guests. Would have definetely deserved a good rating if the front desk lady was right.

Enjoyed our stay for my birthday vacation! The only thing I would suggest needs improvement is the breakfast selections. Not many options for plant-based/vegan diet. Peanut butter toast or plain oatmeal were my only choices.
