Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milton East I-10, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Milton - 8510 Keshav Taylor Dr, USA

This is a very mixed review. Had we gotten the room we ended with this would have been a great stay but the original room we were given was not good. We honestly thought for a minute that maybe housekeeping had missed the room but realized the beds were made up and towels looked to have been restocked. The tub looked like someone had bathed in it and it had not been washed. I will say that some of it appeared to be a bad repair job on the bottom of the tub but there was stuff around the tub walls that could be rubbed off. Second, there was something growing in carpet by a wall in the main bedroom... possibly mold, it was fuzzy. Which leads me to third, the whole room smelt musty and the bedding had a damp feel to it. When I brought it up to the man working the counter he said sounds like mildew/water damage but in a way that came across as though he couldn't care or he had already known about it. We ended up switching rooms and had no issues. Decent breakfast, morning staff were pleasant.

I made my reservation at this hotel over a month prior to my check in. When I arrived I was running late for a wedding. While checking in my reservation had been altered. The clerk wouldn’t fix it, saying the manager said we can’t honor your original reservation. I even showed him the email, but he just smirked. I didn’t have time to argue because I was late. It ended up costing me about 25% more to stay there. Stay somewhere else, ihg is starting to become a problem in the last few years.

This hotel is top of the line - always clean and comfortable, and the staff (Jodi, Devin, Brenda, Brandi and Monica) are friendly and welcoming and do their job very well. The breakfast is well-stocked, and the area is kept clean. It is also easily accessible from I-10, yet it is in a quiet area. We stay here every time we go to visit family in Mississippi. Another plus is that it is only about 20 minutes from the Navarre Beach on the Gulf, so close enough to have dinner at Dewey Destin’s Seafood restaurant on the beach. HI express East Melton should be used for training all Holiday Inn properties. I highly recommend this hotel!

We visited Florida for my husband’s cousin wedding which was wonderful! The staff made are trip traffic. The hotel itself I didn’t care for. Nice structure but very outdated. Needs a fresh new look. The breakfast was pretty good area nice and clean. We really enjoyed the staff welcoming us to Milton for the first time. The staff were very professional made us feel like we were home. One of the best parts of our trip friendly. Thank you, 🙏🏾

This Hotel is good one , the staff is great , the rooms are clean and don't stink. The breakfast is also pretty good , definitely one of the best Holiday Inn express I've stayed in.

Staff at front desk were wonderful, helpful and polite!! my complaint is the sheer amount of garbage produced by the breakfasts. Everything was plastic and disposable. In this era of awareness of plastics in the Oceans and being a beach destination I found this to be just horrible. I cringed at seeing the garbage produced. I implore Hold Inn to be much more eco friendly and use less plastic. Buying a dishwasher can not be that hard!!!!

I stayed her in May 24th, 2024 great location, hotel is very old and in need of update. Stayed for 2 nights Room was clean but when I woke up the next morning it was A cockroach above my bed on the wall, which made me feel so disgusted. I went and told front desk they apologize and said when they get roach complaints, they double spray in those rooms. Then my second morning. I’m laying in the bed with my hubby someone comes in the room without knocking and I scream to ask who it was and they ran away. I called front desk and they said it could have been the housekeeper. But the fact that it wasn’t past my checkout and no one knocked on the door to say housekeeper it just didn’t sit with me, right. Every day was some kind of issue. I regret staying there because it wasn’t up to my standards and I’ve never experienced these things at a hotel before not especially at a Holiday Inn .

Our crew of 4 chose to stay here for our 40 days of local work. We chose you! We have been loyal members. Yet, You told us directly at check in that because we didn't use your booking services, our loyalty to you is void. We won't get any points or even credit for our nights. This is how IHG, this location, and menu others, values it's loyal members.
