Typical holiday inn. Breakfast was better here than other locations but still standard ihg (not awesome). Room was clean, staff was nice. Decent stay. Lots of restaurants near and a Dutch bros/ Starbucks within walking distance. I would stay again

We were met with a very kind front desk clerk. Cheryl was kind enough to upgrade us and checked us in quickly. She met our request and was very informative. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend.

I'd stayed here before and had a pleasant experience. The breakfast is decent and the location was what I needed. I made the mistake of assuming this second stay would be a good or at least a decent stay. However, I was wrong. Between two bugs in the bed and the challenging customer service after noticing the bugs...to be accused of putting them there to get a free room...I had to leave. You may be fine there, but I won't take the risk again.

In town for a softball tournament. Front desk staff was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Recent renovations made everything feel nice and new. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Room was clean and had most amenities. Only thing missing I would have liked was a freezer. Great value - highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at HIE in Midwest City! Entire hotel was extremely clean and very quiet! They upgraded our room, which was very nice!! Everyone from front desk to breakfast area were so nice!! Thanks for a great stay!!

I wish we could give zero stars. This hotel is an absolute joke. I was not allowed to stay because my service dog is still young and has more training to go. She is however trained in the task of bringing me medication related to my disability. Which I stated. They said according to ada she is not a service dog until she is full trained. They were asking for certification to prove she has been trained. But I told them she brings me medication even being this young. The manager called me and said I’m going to have to disagree with you on the law and said she isn’t trained to do anything because she is still learning things. But her job is to bring me meds, which she does even though she is young. Discrimination on us. Discrimination on my dog because of their own opinions. And this isn’t the first time they have denied a service animal to stay here! If you read through reviews this is something that is a regular occurrence with them. I’ve been a member since 2009 and have never been treated the way I was here. We will never try to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was nice and clean. Our only complaint was breakfast. It sucked! We were there about 30 minutes after they started serving. There were hardly any eggs, no bacon or sausage, and biscuits were hard. They ran out of orange juice. Another guest was making coffee and ran out of creamer it took them a 10 mins or more to get more creamer.

Positive: Was greeted with a smile and kindness. The room was beautiful and so clean. The sheets on bed were amazing. They were so soft, and comfortable, I want these sheets on my bed at home. Hotel in great location, Walmart and Starbucks across the street. Negative: No Negative: ""
