Check in was a breeze! Walked in, stepped up to the desk and opened the door to a beautiful clean room within 7 minutes. Plenty of handicap parking. The desk clerk I believe her name is Dee was amazing and greeted us as we came and gone during our stay. Breakfast was awesome. Pancake maker is the coolest gadget I've ever used to make breakfast. Very clean and inviting lobby . By far the best hotel in McKinney & North Texas.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The most accommodating front desk staff I have ever come across. The hotel is conveniently located and in a quiet area. We had a peaceful nights stay here. The only downside was the bathroom needed to be cleaned better, specifically the tub. We cleaned it out ourselves. Besides that there is nothing I could complain about in this hotel.

Great hotel, good variety of breakfast. Very clean hotel and rooms. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a heavy storm and water was coming inside the window. I did report it, but didn't get it fixed. Also the pool was not working for a week. I wanted to relax in the swimming pool.🥲 Also, we stayed for a week, and the pm staff gave us an extended day Friday for $80 by phone call but when we check out it was a regular price. It has a accessible chair to go in the pool.

Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Not a fancy hotel, but clean and a good value. Breakfast included. Like the location because it's near a freeway and easy to get to the places I want to go to. Reserve in advance, sometimes they are fully booked

Stayed here for 5 nights. Checked in kinda later and the receptionist was super nice and friendly. We had a good chat about where I was from because she was from the same state which is kinda rare. When we got to the room, it smelled nice and was very clean. I always inspect for any kind of bugs and no bugs in sight! The beds were big and comfy (almost better than bed at home.) shower was nice and hot. They do have continental breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed. Will stay here again if needed! They are eco friendly so they don’t service the room unless requested.

Staff was kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, but the mattress was super soft and I could hardly sleep because my back was hurting so badly. Easy access to travel around the area from the hotel & there’s some restaurants within walking distance. Overall a good experience.

Positive: I appreciated the room appeared clean. I came very early in the morning and the male staff was very warm and welcoming my only criticism is when serving turkey and pork please put them in seperate trays with seperate utensils, I'm Jewish and was happy to Negative: See non pork options but I wanted to keep it kosher. And serve waffles, every one loves waffles and please don¿t stop the turkey sausage it was greatly appreciated. Negative: ""

I've stayed in HIE's in Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Colorado, and three different ones in Texas including this one. This one was by far the worst HIE experience I've ever had. Of the six nights we stayed, we came back at night to find our room keys didn't work twice. Also, the exact same thing was served for breakfast at least four days in a row and maybe five. When my wife had to spit out some sour milk and notified the breakfast attendant, she didn't even get an apology. The same thing happened again the next morning. Additionally, the entry floor was filthy more than once during our stay. I'm not buying the 4.3 rating for an instant and we won't be back.
