Made reservation on the phone - cheapest rate was as an IHG rewards member. AARP may have been cheaper, BUT they only allow you to claim that online and you have to book two days in advance. Candice was an absolute doll! Super friendly, helpful and funny. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy and the shower got HOT. Dove products in the bathroom. A/C worked GREAT! The fridge sucked - it kept things cool, but not cold

Hotel was awesome. King room Suite was be enough for my whole family. It was more modern than most holiday inn express and that was neat to see. Our room actually had a shower that was not a shower combo. it was neat to see that. the breakfast was lacking. The staff were amazing doing it, but they couldn't keep up to all the people wanting to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is driving through. I gave the service just two stars because I felt the night shift front desk employee was a little not nice. Over all I would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay to visit family. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and appreciated the friendly checkout staff who wished us well as our journey continued. Property and rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast supplied by Gary was better than similar hotel breakfasts we've had. Biscuits and gravy were like grandma made -- maybe better. (Sorry, Grandma!) Kudos, again, to Mr. Gary!

I travel for work and stay in IHG hotels more than my own home. This hotel has by far the best breakfast of any Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The bacon here is crispy and not sitting in a pile of grease. The omelets are cooked correctly and are real flavorful. The pancake machine actually works and the pancakes are good sized instead of tiny. There’s multiple syrups to choose from. I could go on and on. Gary does a truly outstanding job providing delicious breakfast! And he was so professional and friendly- give that man a raise!!

The room I have is pretty spacious for one person, bed is very comfortable. The room service is great, fresh towels daily. The gazebo area out back was nice to take advantage of. The location right off I-40 is very convenient no matter where you want to go in the area.

Finally, Maumelle has a good hotel! Gary was very welcoming and knows how to do a top notch breakfast spread!!! Rooms were also clean and comfortable- they recently remodeled. Pet friendly. All around fantastic! This is our new go-to hotel!

This is a very fine HIEX location. Breakfast and coffee are good. Rooms are comfy. Staff is pleasant. The only real issue I had was the cable kept going out on certain channels. This might not be the hotel's problem but it was annoying. Otherwise, when you stay here, try the Smoke Shack for BBQ across the street.

Everything is brand new! They just completed a new remodel on the entire hotel. It's all fresh and new, a small snack store available in the lobby , the staff is great! Ashley and Kristy were on duty during my stay and they kept us happy and had the 411 on places to eat n things to do close by.
