Great hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had plenty of options and was warm and delicious. The beds were so comfortable, and the room was clean and refreshing. We were able to relax after a long day on the road. Highly recommend and we plan to return soon. Keep up the great work!

Extremely rude staff. Especially Tamra. My wife asked a question concerning the different rates, and her response was "I don't make the rates, do you want the room or not and hung up on my wife" I wouldn't have believed it had I not heard this on speaker. Kelsi was also very rude as well when we spoke to her about Tamara's rudeness. When asked about military rates she was again rude and asked "what do you want". When my wife said she would take the reservation Kelsi also hung up on her. We will be escalating this to corporate. We have never been treated rudely at a Holiday Inn until today.

Best Hotel in Marion! This hotel is a great example of the saying "You get what you pay for". Clean hotel, Friendly employees, and AMAZING breakfast! Breakfast alone makes this place worth the price! Pancakes AND Waffles, Sausage AND Bacon, Omelettes, WARM cinnamon rolls, and so much more! The whole hotel is very updated and modern and very well decorated to make you feel right at home! Although we didn't use it due to time, there was also a pool which was a nice added feature. Spacious parking lot as well! For sure plan to stay here again and recommend it to all my friends and family when they come to town!

Clean hotel. I believe it’s the newest in the small town of Marion that’s why we chose to stay there. Would’ve felt better about the stay if it wasn’t so expensive. When we made our reservation we requested to stay on the top floor. When we checked in they acknowledged seeing the note on our account however we were told there wasn’t anything available so we ended up on the second floor and of course first thing both mornings we were woken by the sound of a lot walking above us. The room was average. It faced the neighborhood behind the hotel so we got to see all the traffic. Didn’t feel like we had a lot of privacy w/out having to shut the blinds. The breakfast was average. It wasn’t busy at any time that we went down and that was nice. The entire hotel staff that we encountered were friendly. Parking filled up quickly at night. Restaurants within walking and driving distance. Overall the stay was ok. Wish I could’ve said more good things about it.|*Our room had two queen beds w/ a full pull out couch. There’s a mini fridge and microwave. Also a coffee maker. |Coffee/tea/hot chocolate was available in the lobby 24/7.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in 50 years of traveling. I canceled my reservation upon being diet Covid the day before arrival and they charged me for the room. Then would not talk to me about resolution! Even IHG apologized for their lack of response!

Positive: The breakfast was the best part of staying at this hotel. The room temperature was also quite comfortable. The hotel was clean and the printer in the business area was helpful when we had to print a last-minute parking pass for one of our college visits Negative: The plumbing (slow drains in shower and sink), my husband was unable to sleep comfortably in the bed. The window shade did not keep out the fire engine/ambulance lights that seemed to be pretty steady. Negative: ""

I have stayed at this hotel twice and the hotel is nice and clean, however, both times I was told no late checkout. As a Diamond Elite member, I would have expected more. The most recent time, I was told "no late checkouts, we have 50 rooms to clean"... So 50 rooms all cleaned in the first hour after checkout? Nah, just too lazy to manage late checkouts.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. No complaints at all.
