Holiday Inn Express & Suites Marble Falls, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Marble Falls - 714 corazon Dr, USA

Didn't take photos, but staff was super friendly and helpful for check in & out! Room was very clean (2 queen beds with a small seating area) and well ventilated. Shower heads were horrid, as they are in most hotels. Beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were absolutely awful. They could do far better. AC worked well! We didn't eat the breakfast, but it smelled and actually looked good as we walked by! Would definitely stay there again, but will bring my own pillows! Definitely recommend!

This was our second Christmas at this hotel. Cyndi’s mother lives nearby. Unfortunately, this is the nicest hotel in the area (if you don’t need/want a full resort experience). The staff is nice and the breakfast bar was nicer than expected. However, the rooms are very dark. You can barely see in the shower and there’s no light on the coffee bar. No full length mirror either. Housekeeping leaves something to be desired too. Although the bed was made and the towels replenished, the coffee was not. We had also noted to the staff after the first night that there were 2 conditioners in the shower dispenser, but after we returned that evening, no one had replaced one of the conditioners for a shampoo. We just don’t like dark rooms. Gives you a depressed feeling, not to mention the inability to see if the room is clean.

This hotel was the best IHG Property I've ever stayed. The breakfast was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was fantastic. The views of the valley left nothing to be desired. The location was easy to get into and out of (although be warned- police like to hide on the hill going into town). The staff made it their mission to make us comfortable. All aspects of this hotel made it highly desired.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the property and loved the location! The room was spacious, clean and the front desk was incredibly helpful - even when we ordered pizza for delivery and she gave us some extra plates! We will definitely be staying there again on our next little getaway!

Room was great, no issues. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Disappointment that the treadmill was out of service, but no big deal. Nearly impossible to find someone at the counter, but after they tracked someone down, she was super nice. Very clean place.

We were lucky to get an early check-in on this trip and the room had lots of space to spread out in. The temperature control worked well and the unit was not too loud. Only negative was the lack of hot water in the shower. Had plenty in the sink, but not in the shower. Tried late evening and early morning - not sure if it's an mechanical in this room or property-wide. Also, it sounded like a small herd of cows running back and forth above us starting at 6am, but we should've gotten the uppermost floor to avoid it.

The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I had some of the best sleep I've had in a while! The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was a great way to start my day. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially given the current circumstances. While my stay was fantastic overall, there's always room for improvement. I did encounter a minor issue with check-in, which was a bit frustrating. However, the staff was quick to address it and provided a solution. All in all, my experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Marble Falls was memorable. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location makes it a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

We were visiting for family reunion and decided to make a long weekend of it. The hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and much larger than we were expecting. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices for everyone. Definitely would stay here again in the future.
