Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manchester-Conf Ctr(Tullahoma) - Hotel in Manchester - 111 Hospitality Blvd, USA

We reserved a king handicap room. It featured a bathroom that was easy to maneuver in a wheelchair & offered a true roll-in shower. And as a nice bonus, the mirror over the sink was actually positioned at the right level so I could see my whole face as opposed to just the top of my head! (That happens a lot!!) ||The downside was the room itself was a little narrow for my manual chair although I was able to navigate with some effort. However, I cannot imagine trying to roll past the bed, chest of drawers & doors in a larger power chair. ||The hotel staff was polite, kind and generally happy to help. Overall it was a clean, well run, affordability priced hotel in a convenient location. ||I would recommend and book again.

The hotel is nicely updated and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good! Usually we get cereal, bagels, and toast but this had eggs and sausage and lots of non-bread options. Convenient to a bunch of restaurants and a Walmart and connected to the convention center. No complaints from me!

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. The rooms were clean & comfortable with very comfortable pillow’s & mattresses, only wish the bathroom was a little bigger. The breakfast was good but the pancake machine was acting up. Your typical breakfast for a hotel.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel and room was very clean and it was a nice and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was very good. The beds were also very comfortable! Very friendly staff and were very helpful! I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you to all for an enjoyable overnight stay!

First off, Brittany was a real sweetheart!! Very pleasant and sweet.... check in was smooth and easy.. location was perfect for what I needed. Rooms were very clean. The only complaint is the water pressutlre... was a little weak.. other than that, was really nice. Whenever I'm back in the area again, I'll definitely stay here.

Check in was seamless, no stress ,hassle free. Our room was clean and we had no problems. Breakfast in the morning was very well set up and clean, I was delightfully surprised. The location was off the highway near many gas stations and fast food establishments but this felt nicer than most roadside hotels.

Checkin clerk was flat out rude and obnoxious. The room updates are literally comparable to lipstick on a pig. Repainted, new curtains and some artwork - bathroom caulking was either moldy or missing. The room had an offal odor of musty dirty carpet. The breakfast was standard and tolerable for a quick bite but the coffee was like water. Housekeeping was good and friendly and kind. Surprised at the plethora of good reviews. I travel a lot for work and will be notifying our travel company not to book here again.
