Loved staying here. The staff was incredible. Both Emily Crowley and Heather Harris welcomed us personally when we arrived, they made sure we had everything we would need. The lady who runs the breakfast area (sorry didn't catch her name) was so nice to us as well. The rooms were clean and I'm going to have to look into finding my own pancake machine!||Definitely a 5 star experience for us, and we'll be back!

The staff was super to help get the best price they were allowed. The room was so clean. Bathtub clean. Mattress slept great. Plenty of pillows. Great TV picture quality. Quite room. Lots of towels for two guests.

The hotel entrance was open and bright. Staff were polite and friendly. The beds were really comfy (Hampton Inn 😠) and the bathroom was spacious. The best part imo were the blackout blinds. Once you close them, hardly any light at all peeks in. So great for a good night’s sleep! My one critique would be the breakfast scene. Eggs weren’t seasoned at all, the omelets were overcooked. I’ll 💯 be staying there again!

Me and my family were coming home from Illinois and we needed to stop for the night because we were getting sleepy driving. Alice was very nice and got us a room right away. When we got to our room we were very impressed and happy with the space and how clean they were. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Negative: Pool was not operational, which was the main thing we were looking for in this stay. Also, the tub water was a dark brown when turned on and it stayed a brown tinge the whole stay.

Besides the gentlemen at the front desk on my first night making my checkin the worst experience ever, everything else about my stay was beautiful. On my second week the women that checked me in made the process very simple and welcoming. The gentleman was so unbelievable at first then came around when he realized my stay was paid in advance and I wasn’t making an effort to steal my already reserved and paid for hotel room.

This relatively new hotel provides a comfortable environment for relaxation and rest. Rooms are clean, sleeping accommodations are quite comfortable, and housekeeping staff are friendly. Our nephew who lives in the area will recommend this hotel to visiting relatives and professionals.

I was travelling back from Illinois and needed a place to bed down for the night and checked into this particular Holiday Inn Express in Madisonville. The personal at check in was prompt and courteous, the room was clean and overall very pleasant. The free breakfast in the morning was great and prepared well. Overall was a very good experience and would not hesitate to recommend or return again.
