Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison-Verona - Hotel in Verona - 515 W Verona Ave, USA

The rooms were what you would expect clean and quiet. The service is what made me rate this a five-star stay. This crew was amazing. Every single member of the staff I interacted with was phenomenal. They happily made any accommodation I requested. I was here for Epic training and wasn't familiar with travel or the schedule. The hotel staff informed me that the hotel shuttle takes you to training and picks you up. I would recommend anyone in town for training to stay here.

This was our first time in Verona. We were there for business at Epic. The shuttles to/from the airport were great! We also appreciated the shuttle available each evening to local restaurants. Because of the efficient shuttle service, we did not need a rental car and still had the conveniences of eating out at places farther from the hotel as well as and getting to/from the airport. Thank you!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to the staff here. Their friendliness and attention to detail was incredible, and the level of personal service rivaled that of a 5 star hotel. I will be recommending this property to anyone visiting Madison/Verona

We have always had good experiences at Holiday Inn. The room was spacious, lighting was actually pretty good, internet connection was good, refrigerator & microwave worked well. Place was quiet, staff was courteous, bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. I did not get a chance to check out their exercise room or pool so I cannot give an objective comment. Free breakfast had limited offerings but this seems to be the norm anywhere you stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was very helpful when we had issues with our television. They were very helpful when asked us there were bumpers for the bed for our grandson. Love the easy check in and check out, makes it great to get into our room and relax to start our vacation.

It was great. The pool was cold for me and my grandson. I didn't think my hot tub worked because I have never been in one. The towels were covering the button to start the jets.

The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful. I loved that I could call ahead and arrange for pick up at Madison Airport based on my Flight number, and put myself on a return to airport list for my Flight home. They also have regular shuttle runs to Epic that match the training schedules and on demand if you are on a different schedule than everyone else or going to a different part of the Epic campus. But the real going above and beyond is the nightly shuttles to take you to dinner at local restaurants. With this level of service there was no need to have a rental car!

Overall the experience was great, they had everything you needed I even forgot my toothbrush and the front desk gave me a complimentary one for free! The shuttles to epic were fast and reliable even in the snow!
