We’ve traveled cross country a few times since retiring and usually stay at Holiday Inn Express. This was one of our best experiences. We were greeted at the front desk - very friendly. Sue was wonderful. When she thanked us for being IHG Rewards members, it felt sincere. She offered a dinner recommendation that we followed & it was just what we were looking for. The hotel was spotless- everywhere. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot & ready. Sue checked us out- again- friendly & helpful. She’s an asset to your company.

We frequent this property to visit our son at Lewis University. We appreciate the newness of this property, cleanliness and location. Lots of restaurants walkable from hotel including Starbucks. Great grocery store nearby with grab and go fresh fruit and snacks to store in the in-room fridge. It feels safe for a woman traveling alone and is great for families and groups. Pool and gym onsite. I believe it is small dog friendly. Highly recommend this property.

This was the 1st time at this location and Louisa and Sam were very helpful. Welcoming, informative and polite. The room was clean, bed was awesome! I felt like I slept on ☁️ ☁️ clouds. Heated pool was great and relaxing after a few stressful days! We are members and will be back when in the area. Thanks again!

This is by far the best hotel in the area. Clean and comfortable. Great service and a good hot breakfast. The staff made up our room and brought new towels on each of our four days there. Something you don't often see in hotels anymore. The breakfast room was well attended each morning by a very friendly lady who saw that we never ran out of anything. There was a good variety each day including egg and meat choices and biscuits & gravy with "soft" biscuits. This is not the cheapest place to stay but it is worth price.

I confirmed with the site prior to booking that their pool was open. When I checked in, I saw a sign posted that the pool was closed. Got to our room and the blinds were broken. Switched rooms and the vents were blowing both warm and cold air. Switched rooms again. Same issue. Cranked the temp to 76° until it was warm enough in there and then it wasn't so bad. Very frustrating that the pool was not open since that was the deciding factor to stay there.

We had an excellent stay at this holiday inn. It was extremely clean. The staff was amazing. Huge shout out to their hands down MVP: Sue! She is the best employee I’ve ever come across any business. She puts her 100% into her job and truly made our stay the best. Thanks to her, the breakfast at this place was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!!

The greatest..cleanest...most professional hotel you can find in 2023!!! I came in after driving for days. They welcomed myself ,my wife,and my dog with open arms. Patty at the front desk took great care of us. kind, understanding,, a true professional. You guys rock!! Thank You for making my stay safe and affordable. I will return and I highly recommend!!! It is the staff at this hotel that will make your stay enjoyable! Apologies in advance to anyone that I may miss in mentioning by name, but HUGE shout out to: Sue, Matt, Louisa, Noah, Patty, Kristen, Kevin, and the entire housekeeping staff! You are all wonderful people who helped make our extended stay very comfortable. The front desk employees are so friendly, the breakfast food is delicious, the rooms are clean and fresh, and the hotel is meticulously maintained daily! Many thanks to all of you!
