Holiday Inn Express & Suites Live Oak, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Live Oak - 6694 US-129, USA

We stayed in the IHG at Live Oak, Florida to attend a funeral. My son was a pall bearer and required to dress in formal wear for several hours past check out. The staff, though inconvenienced on their end, accommodated our needs. We performed our duties with peace of mind. Thank you Live Oak IHG. By the way, the rooms were super clean and quiet. The air conditioner kept up easily with the excessive heat wave. The breakfast was hot (when needed) and filling. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I usually hate staying at hotels with baseball tournaments going on but this was the first time I was able to enjoy it. The hotel was clean. The breakfast kept my boys full. They enjoyed the pool. A couple of fast food places were in walking distance. I appreciated the staff and everything they did for us. I recommend to any team looking to stay there.

The bed is pretty comfy and clean so that is a big plus. The fridge is bigger than most hotel fridges and has a small freezer section, so that is good. Breakfast is decent but the elevator takes forever. Dryer was broken so you couldnt use that and the pool is an outside pool with people from the Taco Bell drive through probably able to see you at the pool. Overall, I would stay here again but the hotel needs to invest in new towels. These towels almost hurt they're so stiff.

The food for the continental breakfast was sensational. The staff was very helpful. There is one guy who just goes around cleaning anything in sight. Great location just off the freeway. I really enjoyed a nice conversation with the manager. He was very cool person. My room was fantastic.

Staff is very unprofessional, attitudes on staff are disgraceful and very unaccommodating especially the manager! Unacceptably amount of drama all throughout the hotel. Toilets overflowing and spreading nasty water everywhere. I advise to never stay here if you like your body in good health and good graces the mold is unacceptable. It should be a crime to house people in conditions like these. Glass in the pool as well that I stepped on and had to complain multiple times for them to even have someone clean it. I’ve made plenty of corporate cases and they take care of a lot it’s just not a healthy environment once the staff finds out you’ve made a corporate case, I highly advise if you make a corporate case don’t stay there anymore you will all of the sudden get room charges for smoking ect and the staff will harass you in any way they can till you up and leave. I hope IHG goes away with their live oak location because it’s atrocious! Sincerely Hayden!

I was impressed with the customer service and with the breakfast. The rooms are well kept and all bedding and towels were clean. Free coffee and fruited water at all hours of the day. Thank you for making my stay in Live Oak a wonderful time

The hotel itself was fine. My issue is that they reserved 2 rooms when my reservation confirmation clearly states only 1 room and I was charged twice for the room, on 2 consecutive days. IHG hotels assures me the hotel manager will fix it and the manager claims it was fixed, yet I still have 2 charges on my card for the room.

I own a business in this area and have stayed at this location before. I have also had my employees stay at this location when traveling for a number of years. I also have been a loyal IHG member since 2014. I attempted to stay at this location last night and changed my mind immediately after the service I received from the front desk and the Manager who was on the phone and not present. The staff here was extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and had no concern as to customer service or correcting their mistakes causing me to drive another hour to find a different location. Because of the service I received my team nor me will ever stay there again. Because of this experience I also will no longer support IHG and will switch to Hilton.
