Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock North Sherwood, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Sherwood - 2350 Wildwood Ave, USA

This hotel is a definite place to stop. From the time I called until the time we left this hotel was one of the best. When we checked in there was an incredible young man. He had a great sense of humor, polite and very professional. I asked for his name and he said Stanley. He is an incredible employee. We made it to our room then after a while researching things to do in the area we thought we wanted to stay an extra day so I asked him if we could extend it for another day and he gladly said yes. The hotel also has a list of restaurants in the area which is very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The girl I think her name was Brenda was very nice. Everything was very well stocked. I definitely will stay here again if I ever go back. Please give this hotel a try you won't be disappointed.

This is a very nice hotel and I believe it to be relatively new. Room decor was nice and the pillows were the nice comfy ones with a choice of firmness. ||We had a late checkin after 7:00 PM, but that was not a problem. Stanley at the desk was friendly and accommodating. He gave an air of professionalism in the way he handled his job.||We chose this location after looking at reviews and because of price. The Cabot, AR location was a little closer but staying in Sherwood saved us about $30 over the price in Cabot. ||We got in our first room and found that the air conditioning unit was literally frozen over and while it was running, it was not cooling. Hubby made a quick trip downstairs and Stanley moved us to a new room. A minor inconvenience as I had not unpacked any luggage. I had read a review that said someone with the same issue was not given a different room, but that was not the case for us.||I still love that this stay and the last stay at Holiday Inn Express both had small Keurig coffee makers in the room with K-cups. Before bed I made myself a cup of tea. There was plenty of coffee and tea K-cups but there was only one packet with sugar, creamer and coffee stirrers.||I also like that they still use plastic liners in their garbage cans. Much more sanitary than not using them. ||The one thing that I usually use is the dirty clothes bag in the closet but that was missing. A minor inconvenience.||Breakfast was the usual fair of cereal, muffins, bagels and warm (or should have been) food of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, premade omelets and potatoes. They had just put out fresh bacon so it was hot and good. But, nothing else was hot or really even warm. I felt the warmer and it felt hot but I suspect that maybe no water was put in the bottom. But that is only a guess. I’m not a complainer, so I did not mention it to the breakfast hostess. A plus was the automatic pancake maker that made small pancakes in one minute at the push of a button. Coffee was good. Their new cinnamon rolls are delicious.||Overall this was a good stay but would have been great with hot food, adequate coffee condiments and a laundry bag.||Still a good value for the price.

A new location with great service in a safe neighborhood. The room we had was spacious, bathroom was clean with dove products provided for in and out of the shower. Plenty of plugs and ports for charging your devices. The king suite was the perfect size for our family to rest before completing our trip home to Texas. The pool was a decent size, but strange it didn’t have a lock on it for safety purposes.

Positive: The best part was the location and the newness. Negative: The breakfast definitely needs to be worked on. It needs a large improvement. The food was cold and did not have a good variety. Also, there was no microwave to heat up the cold food that should have been hot.

The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean, perfect for anyone who prioritizes cleanliness. The only downside was that the pancake machine wasn't working. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Pulled in at 1am for a room (I’m moving across country) and the gentleman on duty was so friendly, quick to help in any way he could…what a fresh breath of air from this amazing man. I was exhausted when I arrived but he quickly made me feel I made the right choice in a place I’ve never been and may never see again. Had a few issues with his computer but never got frustrated and kept smiling!! That’s real customer service yall.

Stayed three nights and room service showed up once just to drop off towels. Not to empty waste baskets or make bed or clean, just to drop off towels. I know they have housekeeping because I see their vacuums and laundry bins all over the place in the evenings. Plus they let bums like Mr Ortiz park like a parking lot king when there was plenty of room further away from the building. Shame because the building and room still looks new. Also, I don't know why I was able to watch some channels on the tv one night but not the next.

A very nice hotel located near a medical community. The staff was courteous and informative. There was a delay with maintenance when requested but nothing extremely important to demean this gem of a property. The breakfast was too good… the breakfast was too good!(Thats how good it was😊). Clean rooms, exceptional staff, priced just right. What more could one ask for?9.3/10
