Really loved this hotel. Housekeeping does an exceptional job keeping it very clean, the beds were beyond comfortable after a long day of travel and the staff was accommodating. We had to stay here for an emergency and was able to book a room no problem late at night. The staff was so sweet and helpful and breakfast was amazing. Ms. Ebony who we met during breakfast was so sweet and made our experience even better. The only con was the parking, it felt very unsafe especially for a woman alone with 2 babies. Luckily our room was in view of our car but please If you are coming in at night be cautious and aware of your surroundings. Overall I would definitely book here again because we loved this hotel but especially for the sweet staff who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Hopefully next time we will be there earlier so we can give a review of the pool as well. :)

The newest Holiday Inn on Markham was okay. The parking was definitely sketchy and did not feel safe by any means. The paved parking that they offer permits for is not accessible to those who actually have permits. The attached parking is a gravel lot that is not under surveillance and was nothing shy of scary for a single female. I was definitely glad I rode with someone who has an electric vehicle because we got a spot in the paved parking lot that was well lit. The rooms were great and clean. The staff was pretty absent, though. And I'd you're even a minute late to breakfast count yourself out. They'll even come and clear the table you're at and try to take your food! The salt water pool closes at 9 but has people in there way past 9. Not to mention, we only put our feet in because it literally looked dirty. You can hear everything from the close by highway unless you have the TV up too. It wasn't a terrible stay but I definitely won't be going back until the parking situation is improved! 3 out of 5 stars at best.

We enjoyed our stay in one of the corner rooms away from the highway. We appreciated the extra windows on the second wall that come with a corner room. This is a newer hotel located within walking distance of the Clinton library/museum. We particularly appreciated the truly room darkening shades as well as the soap dispenser that replaced the bar of soap in the older hotels. The breakfast staff cleared plates like a regular restaurant. You do have to pay a little for parking if you want to park close in the small paved lot. There is a front drive off 4th St. to park in while checking in, but it is not well marked compared to most hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Shannon was absolutely fantastic. Quick and speedy check in, all while training her new staff member. Shannon was very polite and personable upon check in. The most impressive thing I witnessed or experienced was her interfacing with a young man that came down late to breakfast, after breakfast, she went in and allowed him to choose a few items to hold him over to his satisfaction. I thought that was so nice, she was even sweet then while providing him breakfast items well after time. I didn’t recognize her from the day she checked me in because she had a different look, but I was going to ask her what her name was because I wanted to write her a review on how she dealt with the young man. When she got a moment to pause, I spoke to her for a minute then realized that it was Shannon, the GM! Kudos to this Holiday Inn Express

Really nice place. Close to the river, places to visit and eat. Staff is friendly. Itzel is one of the nicest and most pleasant people you want to meet. She brought a welcoming feel to the front desk. Nice rooms. Clean and spacious. Dove brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion at your finger tips. Controlling the thermostat to combat the hot days in little rock is a plus. Good and cold A/C. Pool, work out room, conference room, free breakfast, lounge area in lobby,on site parking and business center. Tracks from the trolley run close to the building but construction has it closed off. I really like this location.

The rooms, breakfast, and staff were wonderful! Ebony, who made all the breakfast was absolutely delightful! Such a sweet, kind lady! We stayed here twice on the way to our destination and on the way home and both rooms were very clean!

The hotel is fairly new. The front entrance is on the road. You have to park in back and walk around the building to go through the front door to check in. The breakfast was fantastic. The people at the desk didn't really know what they were doing. They were nice but check in took 20 minutes because they couldn't log into their system. A bottle of water cost $5. There are no soda machines. The fire alarm went off for about an hour and fire trucks arrived. There was no fire. The hotel is right down the block from the Clinton presidential library. There is a lot of road construction going on. If you rely on a fan for sleep, the HVAC doesn't have a fan option so you have to readjust the thermostat often.

Positive: New, clean, and easy to get anywhere. Negative: $10 nightly parking charge for a location that is not in the heart of downtown. The breakfast was the most limited of any Holiday Inn Express I've been to. There was no oatmeal; the cereal choices were Fruit Loops, Corn Flakes, and Special K.

This hotel is world class. Elegant, tasteful décor in the public areas and private rooms. Our room had 12-14 foot ceilings with beautiful drapes, the king bed quite comfortable and plenty of coffee pods. Everything was pristine. The bar & grill had

We have stayed here many times. Staff has always been nice, and rooms are always clean. Breakfast well, what can I say, depends on who mans the kitchen.
