Extremely welcoming staff, very professional yet personable. My room was perfect for me, large bathroom, refrigerator was cold when I got there, plenty of outlets. The lobby had plenty of comfortable seating with TVs, which was nice when I was waiting on my dinner to arrive. Biscuits and gravy were a delicious surprise in the morning.
I stayed while in town on business. The hotel was convenient, comfortable, and clean. I enjoyed a quick breakfast each morning and relaxing in the pool/hot tub each evening. The staff is kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
Friendly front desk staff. Spacious room, foyer space as you walk into your room. Large updated bathroom, microwave, fridge & coffee maker. Blown away with the cleanliness of the room and bed. Fresh crispy sheets ! If you need a hotel off I-80, stay here. Best hotel in the area !
We were surprised on how spacious and the amount of appliances that were in our double queen room. The front desk employee was extremely polite and hands down the fastest I've ever gotten a room without a reservation. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved the fact that check in and check out was super simple. The staff was so friendly! The breakfast choices were wonderful. My son had plenty of room to play with and the pool was a great time for him! We will definitely make this hotel our first choice in the future!
The room and bathroom was very clean on arrival and kept that way during the entire stay. Breakfast was served on time every day with a good variety of items to choose from. Staff was always helpful and pleasant. For my extended stay of 13 nights to be as comfortable as they were made for an experience to remember.
The room was clean, well kept and comfortable. Both desk attendants were friendly. Breakfast was on time and fresh. The in room coffee maker was malfunctioning, but I'm sure it would have been rectified if I had a chance to mention it.
Very clean Hotel, comfortable beds and convenient location! Stayed for 7 days for business and the housekeeping staff was phenomenal! It is a great hotel choice for the price. Would stay here again.
