We had a fantastic weekend stay from Friday, August 23 to Sunday, August 25, 2024. The staff, led by Kate and Alejandro, demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to assist. Kate and Alejandro’s warm smiles upon arrival was a lovely touch after a lengthy drive. As this was a work-related trip, I appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, who greeted my husband and I with kindness after two demanding days. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel to clean rooms and really loved being able to enjoy the hot tub and pool each night for a bit. Highly recommend!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and this was one of the best IHG experiences we’ve ever had. The staff were super friendly, especially Alessandro - he was always very attentive, professional, had a great personality and smile. He went above and beyond and made the experience excellent. The property was also well maintained and the pool (with a jacuzzi!) was a nice touch. We will definitely be back again!

This hotel is in a great location, which is central to many local attractions and restaurants. Our stay was made extra special by Alessandro. When we arrived to check in, he was at the desk and helped us to use our points to reduce the cost of the room. He has a great personality and he is a great conversationalist. We asked him for recommendations for places to eat, and every one he gave us was excellent. After we got situated in the room, the refrigerator developed a leak which was addressed immediately. On the second day, there was a situation with the air conditioner, which was also addressed immediately. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and caring. If we ever go back, I hope the same staff are there to make our stay very pleasant as they did this time.

Alessandro really made our weekend! My fiance and I were newley proposed and wanted to get a weekend getaway from the city. Alessandro and staff really made us feel welcome and appreciated throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel if not for the friendly staff alone! We will definitely be back someday and love everything about the staff and hotel. Thank you and we love you Alessandro!

I would like to start my review from the hotel’s buffet. Huge choice of food. We had a privilege to enjoy the breakfast two days in a row and were pleasantly surprised that the food was different each day. Everything was fresh and delicious. But the most important thing was the cleanliness of the buffet. Several nice and friendly ladies made sure that the tables were clean and that the food trays were full for the duration of the breakfast. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and employed with friendly staff. The location is great as well. The hotel sits at the beginning of Rt.112 which is the famous Kancamagus scenic highway where a traveler can enjoy frequent stops to take pictures of the surrounding mountains.

The rooms were clean and modern looking. The service was phenomenal! I meantined that we had an issue with oir microwave and it was instantly resolved. Free breakfast and indoor pool available. Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time! I highly recommend this location and would surely come back again in the near future!

My partner and I recently chose the Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln as our host hotel for a scenic car driving event we organized in June of 2024. We could not be happier with that decision! Every member of the staff was helpful and kind and all went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. We come in contact with many different hotels and resorts when we organize our events, and I would rank our experience with the staff at Holiday Inn Express White Mountains as one of the best. They kept us informed of our room block usage every step of the way leading up to the event, and even were able to accommodate us when a few last minute additions needed to be addressed. And the attention didn’t stop there. ||When we needed recommendations for local restaurants, they were quick with suggestions to help meet our needs. When we needed a couple of extra chairs to accommodate our group hanging out together in my suite, they brought us extra chairs. Anything we needed, they had it covered. ||In many hotels, the breakfast area is something of a nightmare. NOT so here at HIE Lincoln. Everything was neat as a pin, well stocked, and clean. The manager went out of his way to accommodate our group’s needs, event to providing us with a sectioned off area to park in, and a car wash area with hose, buckets, sponges, and soap. Our event participants are car people and picky about keeping things clean, so having that car wash station set up was just fabulous! ||If you are going to the White Mountains, we here at Overdrive Adventures highly recommend staying at this hotel. Mr. Amir and his staff do a wonderful job and truly know the meaning of hospitality.

My fiancé and I spent a wonderful weekend here in White Mountains New Hampshire. Wherever we go we always enjoy staying at Holiday Inns express, the rooms and service is always excellent and we really enjoy the free breakfast that is provided! But perhaps one of the highlights of this trip was the concierge Alessandro. He is great at his job, nice, helpful, and had a kind word for us everytime we saw him in the lobby. Alessandro is a precious person and employee, he made our stay here that much more enjoyable, he truly meets and exceeds all standards expected from a customer facing position. I believe employees such as Alessandro deserve praise and encouragement for representing the company so well!
