Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln City, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Lincoln City - 4990 NW Logan Rd, USA

We had a great experience. We had a couple of requests and Beritza at the front desk had no issue providing amazing service. Would definitely stay here again. Great job! The pool is great and you are about a half mile from the casino. The beach is minutes away by foot or by car. Overall great experience and the breakfast was way more than a contential breakfast.

The hotel was good, but what made this place exceptional was the customer service from the kitchen staff. Denise went above and beyond to deliver excellent service to everyone eating breakfast. She was checking in on everyone, making sure they had what they needed, cleaning everything the second it was untidy, restocking everything with great speed. She is an amazing one-woman show. The kindness she showed to complete strangers was moving, and if we're ever back in this part of Oregon we know where we'll be!

Spent one night here and was told I’d been “upgraded” to a 2 queen suite! Ha ha|The fireplace didn’t work and when I inquired at the front desk, they told me that the hotel was purchased from a previous hotel, and that some of the fireplaces didn’t work. It’s been a Holiday Inn for five years now, so why haven’t you fixed it? Was also told they didn’t know what to do with that space? What??? How about fixing the fireplace!||When I got into the hot tub, my eyes immediately started burning from so much chlorine in the water! They obviously don’t know the correct amount to put in. ||The ice machine was broken and from reading previous reviews, it looks like it’s been broken since June! Really??!!||The room had a door In the middle of the wall for families that need two adjoining rooms however, the door is so thin I could see light underneath it, and I could hear every single word that the people next-door were saying as if they were standing right in front of me. ||As others have stated, the bathroom is teeny tiny, you have to practically step into the bathtub to open and shut the door. Also the sink is outside of the bathroom!!! Who designs these things. ||The refrigerator is right next to the door going out to the hallway and the microwave is on a shelf that is super high. You practically have to be an NBA player to reach it. The soaps and lotions are also high up, I’m a short person so I had to really reach to get these things. ||One of the main reasons we like to stay at the Holiday Inn is because they have their signature cinnamon rolls. When we got down to breakfast at 8:30, I could see that they didn’t have any so I asked the lady working there and she said they had run out. Later on, I asked the other lady what time they had run out and she said they never had any that day! So the first person basically lied to me about “running out”. When we checked out, I asked the front desk if they were getting cinnamon rolls again and the person working said that the Holiday Inn was “changing up” the breakfast menu and then the other worker said that the cinnamon rolls were too expensive. Really, you’re getting rid of cinnamon rolls because they’re too expensive! That’s one of the main reasons I stayed here! The rest of the breakfast food was very ho hum and obviously every hotel chain buys from the same place. It’s always the same, cheese omelettes, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, etc. All heated in the microwave and not very appetizing! I highly doubt they are “changing up” the menu.||On the plus side, the beds were comfy, and the AC sort of worked. Astoria and Newport IHG’s are much nicer!

What was supposed to be a ~7hr drive, turned out to be a 12hr journey with engine system light on the way, at last arriving checking in at 1:30am with Kelly who was absolutely genuine and lovely which made all the difference! The desk staff Beritza, Gisselle, Brandon all perfectly pleasant and kind... all the time. And exceptionally understanding and a sweetheart kitchen staff/Denise who provided the simplest of kind gesture but made a world of difference to us. What an incredible team hotel manager Shane has... and actually seeing the outstanding work ethic Shane has as 'boss' busy doing hands-on work including bathroom maintenance... I am impressed... what a gem!

We stayed here for two nights during a family trip to Lincoln City and had a great time. Let me start off by saying that this may be the first time I've ever given a hotel a 5 star rating when everything wasn't perfect. The reason for this was the customer service was off-the-charts-amazing and they clearly know how to treat their customers, particularly IHG elite members like myself. The room was the usual clean and comfortable room I've come to expect from the Holiday Inn Express brand. While not on the beach itself, we were able to walk to the beach in about 10-15 min. so it's not far. On our first night (and morning) we could hear what sounded like the "running of the bulls" above our room and so we asked about switching to a top floor room with nobody above us--our request was quickly met with a "yes" and we were moved to a top floor room with extra space and a great view. They were also quick to respond to requests such as needing more towels or bedding for the sofa bed. One of my favorite things about staying at the Holiday Inn Express hotels is their signature warm cinnamon rolls in the morning--they are not available at this location so set your expectations accordingly.

Stayed here over the 4th of July. Check in was flawless as Kimberly and Brandon were very nice to work with . Our room a pet room was great on the first floor right by the doggie relief area. Our room was good ,clean and quiet. Ice machine was broken and have heard it has been down for a while. Maybe the hotel should enter into a new contract with a good service team that will fix what is broken. The hotel was handy with plenty of parking. They also are a stop the Chinook winds shuttle will pick up and drop off which was very handy. Decent warm breakfast each day and great pool and hot tub. Pool area is open from 10-10. The hot tub is small but hot with good jets. I will not stay here when working as I believe the hours should be 6am-10pm as I like to tub before starting the work day. I will stay again though when we come to the beach with our pooch for some R&R. Room 110 is great if you have a pet.

Great location, with walking distance to Safeway, the casino, and McMenamins, several restaurants nearby, everything you'd need within a short distance from the hotel. Pool was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good! Only two small complaints-- one was that the sheets came off the bed really easy - I toss and turn quite a bit, but I've never been able to rip the fitted sheet off of a hotel bed quite as easy before, and it did expose a somewhat unclean mattress... The other complaint is we didn't have a "Do not disturb" door hanger anywhere, and we just so happened to be taking a nap when the housekeeper arrived, which gave us a bit of a jump. Other than that, I thought it was pretty good, nothing too fancy, but it was nice and great for a quick stay!

We stay here every time we come to visit family in Lincoln. This property represents the HIE brand very well. The hotel staff are nice. They have a modern interior design, spacious comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The beds are always comfortable and I like the linens they use. The flat screen TVs are nice, great closet space. We like the morning breakfast buffet and coffee. Good parking lot.
