Such an amazing place to stay. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The staff is so very kind and accommodating. Christine the assistant manager was truly wonderful. She treated our daughter and our family with such respect. Also the breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel. This place is 5 stars all the way. Book now

Great/consistent place to stay while on the road. Very clean, nice, and accommodating staff. My kids enjoyed having a place to buy snacks and a drink - great selection. We didn't get to eat breakfast because someone was late for work and breakfast was delayed but it's usually a great start to our driving day! That was only a little disappointing for us, the hotel was still a great value.

We stay at this location when we travel to visit family. We were greeted upon checking in and given directions to our room and info for breakfast. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a fridge in the room is a definite plus since we have children. Definitely a positive experience.

Unfortunately,  a great rating will not come with this review. Holiday Inn Express has treated my little family poorly and the manager at this location has shown no remorse. From informing the staff to provide us with old linen ( the housekeeping staff shared with us) to deactivating our key card before we decide to leave.  My wife and I booked a 14 day ( times 2) stay while she was out for work. On our 14th day of stay the front desk clerk called the room and when  she did not receive an answer she called my spouse at work. During the phone call she explained that a deep clean was required/ mandatory on  the 5th day  of every stay. While this deep clean is in progress we are not to be present in the room. Housekeeping has come in our room to provide the services that were asked of them so I was definitely confused about why we’re being singled out. This was definitely a lie. I’ve reached out to corporate and called other Holiday Inn Express to verify this information and was told this is not a policy of IHG. We were forced out and I no longer felt safe. I would definitely not recommend anyone of ethnicity or part of the LGBT Community to stay at this facility.

Front desk staff was very friendly and checked me in with ease. The rooms in my opinion were a little small for the price of the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I do wish that they would have had a bar.

We were greeted with a smile and a kind word at the front desk. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were super clean, bed was great and we loved the sheets. Breakfast was outstanding. Excellent choices for food. This hotel is the standard by which we judge all others. Keep up the great job. We will be back.

This place was amazing! Everything about it was top notch, staff was friendly, room was immaculate and the whole place just sparkled with cleanliness! I've never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express but most certainly will seek them out from now on when I travel. The continental breakfast was beyond awesome! The selection of food was excellent and delicious!! I could keep going on about everything but will end with the fact that if you haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, you need to.

The breakfast was basically nonexistent. There was nothing out one hour after breakfast was supposed to start. No coffee, no hot food. One guy trying to do it all. The toaster only held two slices which is clearly not enough for a hotel that size.
