Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Lexington - 325 W Main St, USA

Overall, our experience was exceptional. The hotel was clean, up-to-date, and very brightly decorated (Natural light is important to me). The one bump that I had with customer service was only with one individual. I did discuss this with the "Manager on Duty" the next day. I feel that I was heard in that discussion and that she considered my feedback to be important. I feel certain that the management staff will discuss this issue with the staff member. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and I would return again and recommend this location to friends!

We stayed in a king room. This room was spacious shower was amazing. Service was amazing. We checked in over night after midnight and when I had reserved the room on the Holiday Inn site I had made the reservation for the wrong day by mistake and the gentleman at the front desk fixed everything and even took off fees. Breakfast was very delicious. Room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfy. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great stay Holiday Inn express.

Very nice. Definitely would stay again. But you need to pay for it. Nice large rooms. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Good AC. Pool is small but big enough. Breakfast was typical Lobby is nice for this class of hotel. Handicap issue - beds are super high. The handicap chair is broken and the staff know nothing about it

We usually stay at Holiday inns because the beds are consistent for good night sleeps. This is the best one we ave stayed at. Front desk people friendly as were people cleaning our room. Room was more spacious than normal one. Bathroom was updated. Great location to downtown Lexington and restaurants close by. Went to area for soccer match in Columbia glad we didn't stay in Columbia

Friendly hotel staff. Greeted upon entering the hotel with smiles and welcoming hellos. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Pool was nice. Location of hotel was perfect! Breakfast was very good and well maintained. Hailey was sweet and friendly when checking out.

Nice place. Built a little odd with the parking lot elevator, but it works. The switch for the lights behind the tv was a hunt, lol! Bed was comfortable. The hallway doors are angled.. interesting building. Staff were nice. Tap keys. Location close to many eateries.

This was my first trip to Lexington. My room was very comfortable. I slept like a baby! The location was so convenient to downtown and lots of resturants most within walking distance. This morning DeMarcus at the desk was having printer problems and by the time I arrived at my next location he had sent my needed receipt. Tapp in the breakfast area was so sweet. She made sure I had everything I needed and since I was in a hurry, that I had a Grab and Go bag! I so appreciate the welcoming staff.
