We were very satisfied with our experience at this establishment. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. From the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast attendants. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. My kids said it was the best they have had a hotel. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Not one complaint. We have family who lives very close and we will definitely stay here every time we come to visit.

Autumn was amazing. I got into town late from a flight and needed a room ASAP to change, clothes and freshen up before running out to a client meeting. Autumn was able to find me a room and grant me early check in. She even brought out a fresh carafe of coffee for me. She really went above and beyond even before she knew my customer status. The entire hotel staff has been very polite and helpful as well. This is my new go to place to stay in the KC area!.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Everything was good. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Biscuits and gravy both days. Very good. Swimming pool was small but adequate Close enough to restaurant downtown. Just an $8.00 Uber to anywhere.

Had a great experience during a work trip! Location of this hotel is amazing, close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers and certain highways. Front staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked, fresh, and a bunch of variety! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planing on staying around this particular area!! I personally had a great view from my room.

I was very disappointed. My room smell like dogs. I went down to ask about it. Hotels normally have rooms set aside for service dogs and rooms that for customers who is allergic to dogs and people who don't like to sleep with dog smell. All the lady said they don't have separate rooms and that is it. No I am sorry or nothing. So I took as screw the customers that don't have dogs. How very rude. Don't stay there if you allergic to dogs.

Could not ask for a better location to Holiday World (10 minute drive) and was definitely cheaper than surrounding towns that were further away. Also, right off the highway, next to a gas station with a Dunkin Donuts (coming soon) and Taco Bell for late night munchies. Across the highway with a stoplight was more fast food and CVS. The hotel room was standard and did have to ask for more towels and toilet paper but there were four girls in the room! Breakfast was OK but what made this even better was an employee having no issue and happy to make more eggs and sausage for a family at 9:30am on a Monday! That is definitely something I have not experienced at "classier" hotels! That employee did not have to do that. Finding someone at the front desk was a little frustrating as they were always working their tails off somewhere else. However, this is a slight downfall I will take as the employees went beyond and were so friendly and thoughtful! The girls also loved the pool! We will only stay here for our next HW trip! Thank you!!

Perfect location. Breakfast attendants kept items fresh and full. Night attendant that checked us in was a gem. Can't remember his name (late 40's). Recommend to anyone wanting a nice room, with friendly helpful staff, and a real breakfast. Loved jumping into the pool at the end of the day!

Eh. Overall not impressed. Drawers in the room had crumbs and old maggots, super gross. Asked for a dust buster to clean the drawers and got a dry rag, odd solution. Room was a lot of bed space for the price. Tissue box was empty. Coffee is 24 7.. they literally said that at check in but even when asked for coffee, had to wait forever... then the next day it was out/cold again by noon. Like its not 24 7 if its just during breakfast hours. Edited: reduced to 1 star because I had a response from management to follow up with them. I reached out twice, left a message, no return contact.
