Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lawrenceville, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Lawrenceville - 520 John B. Wilson Ct, USA

There were 6 of us. I booked 3 rooms. My guests arrived before I did. They had no problem checking in. The rooms were clean. Front desk staff was very kind a made lots of cookies for us. Breakfast had hit and cold options and was plentiful. Eating area was too small. I would stay here again.

Rooms are well insulated however clean All of the supplied accommodation were working well Bed was good and provided a good sleep Security for me was excellent. You cant go back into the hotel front door unless you scan your room card.

1st impressions are difficult to overcome. Whether for good or bad, our 1st impression was to not even check in. The shades on each window were torn and worn from the outside and the lights on the sign of the building were 40% burnt out. Check in was challenging. Rooms smell horrible. Bed was extremely worn out. Carpet was dirty and ripped. Doors were loose and even the locks didn't work. Room size was like a mini shrunken version of a hotel room. This was a place I'd never recommend for anyone. So sad this had to happen. A true shame at almost ever area.

Spent one night, front desk is amazing super friendly. Clean room only thing was that on the sheet looked to have a bit of oil stain but other than that was clean. Enjoyed the stay and quiet to relax.

Norma expectations of a Holiday Inn were met during my stay here. Plus points were the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. Minus points were that the pool was closed (in January though so that makes some sense) and the breakfast was limited to a sugary american one.

Tall ceilings, friendly staff and located right in the heart of Lawrenceville, this location was perfect for my stay during which I both visited friends and ventured downtown to the city.

The staff and the property at the Holiday Inn Express Lawrenceville could not be a better place to land after a long day of driving or work. The staff were polite and efficient at check in and our rooms were PERFECT. Clean, everything was there, comfortable and did I mention clean? The ladies we met that did the rooms were super polite and they made the stay. The beds were the best of any hotel anywhere regardless of price with a choice of 5 different pillows (type embroidered on the pillow itself!) and everything smelled clean! The room was spotless, large with a fridge and microwave for snacks, the tv rotated so it was perfectly visible in the entire room, the channel selection was great, the WIFI was fast and easy to connect for phone and computer. Breakfast was tasty, hot and ready in the morning. Coffee was fresh and hot. Check out could not have been easier. This hotel gets 7 stars out of 5.

I had been staying at this hotel for a few weeks. One night I had to change rooms and they put me in the worst room in the entire hotel. The lock on the door didn't work, no hot water, and the toilet ran all night. I called up to the front desk and she did nothing. The manager wasn't there because it was the weekend and when she got back on Monday she did nothing. That night that room was horrible. I'm disappointed because everything was okay up until this point. I called customer service and they did nothing. The manager said she would speak to the general manager and call me back but I have yet to hear from her and that was 2 weeks ago. On top of that I'm a IHG rewards member. I will never stay at this location again.
