Front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful and made sure our stay/experience was top notch. Hotel was quiet! Breakfast was hot and ready on time. Would definitely recommend. Great job to the entire team!!!

It was very nice. The room was large, access to two TV's and had a chase lounge that came in handy when my husband didn't want to lie in bed. Also had a handy place for coffee and such while watching TV

Best stay I’ve ever had. The room was so amazing. It was like home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable and my husband enjoyed two tvs of course. The overall experience was simply amazing.

I appreciated the comforts of my room including a kitchenette to heat up takeout or leftovers, a desk and seating area as well as a bench that made storage and access to my suitcase incredibly easy. The hotel overall was incredibly clean and the area was nice and quiet while still having amenities such as stores and restaurants in walking distance.

Checked in late on a Friday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The location was perfect for attending the KU weekend rugby tournament. About a mile and a half from the Westwick Rugby Complex. Although the room such as bedding and furniture was clean there was a faint musty oder upon entering the room. After the AC got pumping it went away. The TV was absolutely awful. The remote control did not work even after getting new batteries from front desk. Not a huge deal but frustrating nonetheless. The parking lot entrance has a pothole that is horrible and should be fixed right away. I’d be surprised if there hasn’t already been numerous cars damaged or at least complaints about it. Again the staff was super friendly and I would have no problem staying again especially if these minor issues are addressed.

Loved the room, it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. The staff was not only friendly and courteous but they were helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

The nicest holiday inn express I have stayed at, very clean, comfortable beds. Good staff and breakfast was adequate. I have stayed here multiple times and have had great experiences everytime. Staff is very helpful.

Just what I needed on my cross country journey. The lady at check-in was great. The parking was ample for me with the trailer I had hitched to my car. The toon was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. No issues with my stay.
