Location was great, but next to a methadone clinic, which may matter to some folks. It never felt unsafe. Staff is very friendly. Pool was immaculate, no dirt, not even a leaf. Fitness room was also very clean and adequately equipped. Room bath tub was dangerously slippery as was the floor when wet . Room was standard room. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyable stay.

I stayed here last week with my 3 children and I must say, as long as I can request the same room I was in on the 1st floor, this will be my new home away from home!!! My room was at the corner, literally next to the pool and in eye sight of my car!!! They do not charge over night parking which is greatly appreciated!!! My babies and I had the whole pool area to ourselves the afternoon we spent there. The shower head in the bathroom is very soft for the kids, I dislike a strong shower head like most hotels but this one was great! The rooms were well cleaned up, maybe if a deep clean was done every month or so would be lovely. The carpet was well vacuumed, I felt comfortable walking around barefoot. The bathroom towels are so comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great!!!! I love this stay so much and can't wait to come back

Very satisfied so far with our stay here. The room is very clean, no weird odors. The thermostat works wonderful! Very spacious room. Very helpful staff! Breakfast has been great so far! And the pool is clean, it doesn’t overly smell like chlorine perfect chemical smell. Would stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times now and every time it’s been great - the rooms are spacious and clean with super comfy beds and good blackout blinds. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice (cereal, yoghurt, fruit, granola, cooked breakfast, pancakes, pastries). The staff are super friendly and are always on hand to help with anything, especially Lisa! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Fort Worth :)

I normally do not live bad reviews but this hotel has a serious security issue. My family and I checked in April 29th for an overnight stay while traveling to California. I left my wife and 9 year old daughter in the room to take showers while I went to get food. While I was out the front desk issued another man a key to my room and deactivated my key. This man, not knowing that this room was occupied came into the room with my wife and daughter. How does this happen if I have a reservation and I key already? This was very upsetting and made my family feel uneasy about this property. In addition to that there the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. We are an African American family and were multiple long strands of Caucasian hair on the floor as well as on the shower walls as shown in the pictures. This is now May 1 and I address these issues and nothing has been said or done other than a “Sorry” from the young lady who issued the key to my room to someone else. I like and prefer Holiday Inns when traveling and have been I IHG member since 2007 but this put a stain my thoughts about this property and make me wonder if the other property have this issue. Safety is first with my family.

Very quiet and clean hotel. They have a very nice, hot and fresh breakfast in the morning for guests. Parking is a bit limited. The pool is clean and clear. AC units work well but seem to reset to 79° every day, presumably to save energy, but the AC units cool the rooms down quickly, so it didn't bother me much. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, well appointed with a microwave, mini fridge, K-Cup coffee maker, wardrobe with safe, plenty of lamps, blackout curtains, a sofa, a desk and chair and a coffee table. Housekeeping came by every day to remove used towels, empty the trash and make the bed. I did have to ask for replacement towels and shower mat towels as they were not replaced. Floors were vacuumed well and everything was dusted recently. The one issue I did have is the Dish Network TV was EXTREMELY glitchy. It would freeze, jump, pixelate and the audio would skip. That's really annoying when you're trying to watch the Olympics and competitions are measured in 100ths of a second. I asked the morning front desk attendant if they could do something to fix it and he said he would get maintenance on it, then later on, he told me it was fixed as I was walking out of the hotel. I returned later that day to find that it was not fixed. I suspect every TV in the place has the same issue as the lobby TV does it as well, so I suspect it's either a Dish Network issue or a satellite dish receiver issue that hasn't been addressed. There is a Denny's and a Shell gas station right next door, so less than a 2-3 minute walk to either.

I am sad to give this review but I am left no choice! My husband and I have used Holiday Inn as our home away from home during many travels. We have always enjoyed the experience at different locations. I am baffled how we were treated at this location in Fort Worth, Texas. We were there for our granddaughter‘s Graduation. The lady who checked us in was very kind however, later that evening, a lady by the name of Tiffany was working the counter. There were snacks on the wall displayed, no pricing of any kind and to my misunderstanding I thought that they were free to the guest because I have been in hotels that offered free snacks to the visitors. We grabbed a few chips, cookies went on up to our room. I realized I needed a fork for my food and my husband went back down to get one. The Clerk yelled at him, humiliating him accusing us of stealing snacks. Startled and tried to explain She continued to be very ugly to him! He came back to the room looking like a deer in head Lights telling me that the snacks were not free and that the lady downstairs is accusing us of stealing. Shocked, I grabbed the snacks and my husband and I went back down there to clear it up. As I approached the counter I apologized to her and told her we were very sorry and that we would like to pay for them. She yelled at me and told me to get out of her lobby and go to my room. I asked her why was she speaking to me in that tone she said if I don’t get out of her lobby, she’s gonna throw me out of her hotel and if I didn’t move fast enough, she will call the police! By this time I’m highly offended and humiliated so I told her I will wait for the Police! It was the delivery for me! So unprofessional! Besides the last week in May, Fort Worth experienced storms. Where were we going to go miles away from home? So There my husband and I sat waiting for the police to arrive. My husband got up to go to the bathroom(note: my husband has a device in his back that controls his urinary track he must go when it’s time in addition to a heart condition) Finally the Officers happened to come in. She exclaimed the (he) my husband ran off because he knew that they were coming! That wasn’t the case and I was appalled. I told the officers my husband did not run from them. He went to the Lobby bathroom before they even showed up, he would be out shortly or should I go get him? They told me they would wait. Seconds later my husband appeared. They came and asked our version of the story and then they asked us to wait, they approached the counter and got her version. I cannot begin to tell you how ugly she acted with us! The officers were very kind realized it was a misunderstanding and asked us if we would like to still purchase the snacks. No thank you! We went to our room and spent the rest of our stay feeling like we were in someone’s home that didn’t want us there!!! The thing is my husband and I own two businesses.A Liquor store and A Residential Care home for Seniors and Disabled Vets, Surely we do not need to steal snacks!!! Even more, we were very baffled at the Customer Service we received since we extend customer service on a daily at our businesses. Furthermore we would never want someone to represent our company and treat the guest like she treated us who happen to be some of their IHG members! I’m not saying that the complete chain of Holiday Inns are all bad because we love our stays except this one time at this location…but wait! There’s more…Turns out she had a warrant!!! Oh my! She’s on the wrong side of the law and had the audacity to call the police on us for chips and Cookies?! Needless to say The very next morning I called Corporate to report this incident and they told me to speak with hotel management since it was a franchise. I have tried for the last two weeks to no avail. This is exactly why I am sharing my experience because nothing not even an apology was accommodated to us and I am highly disappointed. An apology would have been greatly appreciated!

i attended the "So What!" music festival on the 1st & 2nd this month. i must say even with the slight confusion, & definite sunburn it was one of the best hotels i've ever gotten the pleasure to stay in. i could go on & on about the showers water pressure, the coldness of the room & the comfort of the beds/pillows. but ill stick to the basics; the front desk agent who's name is Tiffany i believe was so sweet & answered every question we threw her way with ease. the "snack shack" if you will was so neatly organized with all kinds of options with even better pricing then the gas station on the corner i had just decided was to expensive to get snacks at all. the breakfast was warm & those cinnamon rolls are to die for. thank you again!!
