Holiday Inn Express & Suites la Place, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Laplace - 4284 US-51, USA

The person at the counter last night was too high to be working and smelled like he was working in a grow. The only thing they had was eggs, muffins and toast at breakfast. There was 6 people sitting so the volume of patrons wasn’t the issue. Bringing bacon out 5-6 pieces at a time to fill the serving tray won’t keep up. The pancake machine wasn’t working. They were out of all creamer except hazelnut. The rooms were clean and nice.. The bathroom door handle was about to fall off, but who needs privacy.

No complaints! Room was good sized, clean & smelled good. Breakfast was simple but good & hot. Eggs, cereal, sausage, bacon, toast and some fruit. Room had a small fridge, Keurig k-cup coffee maker, tv, ceiling fan, nice bathroom well stocked. This hotel has a lotta contractors that frequented here seemed like but was quiet. A little hint, bring ur own K-cups, sugar and creamer 😉 There’s a nice gas station right beside the hotel and a Wendy’s right in front. Would recommend staying here.

The rooms were large and clean. The staff was excellent and I received a late checkout at no additional cost. This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. This will be my go to location next time I’m in town.

The staff here is awesome not one problem for me. Rooms were great. Location was a bit tricky if you not paying attention but everything was great will stay again

Really clean rooms and friendly staff. Stayed here multiple times for work. Close to interstate and an easy to get to gas station on your way out.

Excellent option for someone who is going to take a Cruise from New Orleans Port and want to stay in a comfortable clean and not expensive hotel that is only 30 min to the port.

Very clean hotel. We received a free upgrade to a king suite. The room was huge. Bathroom was good. Buffet breakfast was the usual. Unfortunately nothing much for a person with a gluten allergy. ||I would not stay in this town again. We could not find a restaurant offering dinner with GF options. Even Chili’s which supposedly does have a GF menu said they didn’t. We ended up|Going to a grocery store.

Great hotel and super friendly staff!! This hotel was renovated and they definitely did a great job! This hotel was very reasonably priced and definitely worth the stay. We were able to get an early check-in thanks to Celeste!!! She was super friendly and helpful. |The room smelled clean (not an overpowering smell like other hotels) and WAS clean. We had a double queen room and there was plenty enough room for us (three of us on this trip). The breakfast was the usual buffet style. Sausage, omelets, oatmeal, waffle maker, muffins, and cereal to name a few items. There is also a waffle house next door as well as a McDonald's and Subway across the street. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay in again.
