Hotel was very nice, clean and up to date. Staff was kind and attentive. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Location was close to Bass Pro Shop and several restaurants. Parking lot does fill up quickly you can park on the road close to the hotel. FYI do not park across the street in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot you will get towed.

Very clean! The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. I can't remember his name but he was working around 8pm on July 30th. Kids above us were loud but that's not the hotels fault. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good and complimentary and the ladies working it were so sweet.

Great location, atmosphere, surroundings, design and staff. Rooms are super clean and have the newer IHG layouts including walk in showers. Normal IHG breakfast but staff made it better. It definitely has the Tennessee mountain feel. Wish all were like this one!

The women who make the breakfast are a true assett to your hotel. They make everyone feel so welcomed and go above and beyond for the hotel guests. ||My only semi complaint was the rooms were not cleaned very well during the week. We stayed 7 days and I don't thinkna vacuum even came in the rooms. We had to ask to have sheets changed and such.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the quality of sleep I enjoyed was unparalleled. The view from my room was very nice,, adding an extra layer of serenity to my stay.

Renovations had just been completed and the place looked really nice, food was great. Had a wonderful breakfast. The staff were very friendly the best Holiday Inn express I think I’ve stayed at yet and we stay at quite a few. we take this route regularly so we will be staying there every trip

Pros: Great location outside all the hustle and bustle and it will save you money if you don’t mind making a short drive daily to visit Pigeon Forge. Breakfast is delicious and one of the main reasons we enjoy staying at Holiday Inn. The room was clean and spacious and the service was good. Cons: Our room was unfortunately located right near the exit and we frequently would hear the sound of the door slamming every time someone entered/exited. The walls are definitely not sound proof and we ended up putting towels under the door at night to try to lessen the noise from the hallway. Our TV sound went out after just a few hours on the first night. The next day we requested to have it fixed and they did fix it a few hours later. Mattresses aren’t the best but not bad for just a few nights. They don’t put enough towels in the bathroom for families. All in all this is a good choice if you’re not looking to spend a fortune and you want great breakfast.

Spent the night while on a long road trip. Very clean and comfortable. Nice roomy shower and large bathroom. Breakfast was great. very convienient. Will stop again if I need lodging while in the area or passing by.
