Yes! A 5 star- as an over night frequent traveler- this has been one of the best stays in a long time. The front desk was courtesy and helpful both in the check in and the morning. The room and bath were clean and well maintained. The mattress was comfortable and the bed had two pillow types - soft and firm. Comfortable temperature maintained did our stay. Breakfast was fresh, hot, nice variety- eggs, sausage, biscuit, gravy, pancakes and so much more. The service staff for breakfast was so polite and helpful. She graciously kept the pancake machine going for a busy morning. Table cleaned, and kept the food well stocked with a smile. In the evening we had warm popcorn with different flavored salts available and cookies. I’m tired of reading only bad reviews for hotels- it’s time to SHOUT about a hotel that goes above and beyond to provide an excellent stay! Thank you to the staff and general manager Amanda Bridges (I grabbed her card on the way out). I hope she praises them!

My family and I travel quite a bit and only stay at IHG hotels. This hotel was one of the best we have ever been too. It was pet friendly and very clean. Staff went above and beyond to be friendly and kind. The complimentary breakfast was consistently great 3 mornings in a row. My only complaint is the indoor/outdoor pool that is closed during colder months. We will definitely return!

By far the best HIE we've ever stayed in. All of the staff was friendly and provided outstanding service. Mike at the front desk was exceptional from the moment we called for a reservation through our warm reception at the desk a few hours later. Truly outstanding. Kudos to the manager for inspiring such a great group of staff members. Facility and room were also exceptional in every regard!! Well done!

Fantastic place to stay with just the more wonderfully friendly staff. Great business center area to work and lobby. Great breakfast. Everyone was just so nice, and we had such a great stay on our way to Florida, that we have changed our route home from Florida to stay here again tonight. Deserving of the ratings for a fanatic economical option and stay, for spotless rooms, bright safe feeling location and parking, and good breakfast.

Very nice, large room with comfortable and clean beds. Pillows were great - a variety of fluffy and firm. TV is large and clear but no guide to help navigate which made things a little annoying. Great Dove products in the bathroom. Fridge was cold, coffee maker with Green Mountain pods was very nice! Used the treadmill in the gym which worked just fine for my 35 minute run. Breakfast was amazing and the person helping there was wonderfully kind. Would stay here again without question.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel in general was very clean and inviting. I was a little nervous about having a room close to the elevator but the property was quiet after 10pm and I had no problem sleeping.

I've stayed at many Holiday Inn establishments but this was by far the most comfortable and having a nicely appointed room. The Desk Manager, Mike, was amazing from start to finish. The Kitchen Staff Member, Dana, who seemed shocked that I would adk her name was herself friendly and kind. We had a conversation about the biscuits and she shared the "secret sauce" to their moisture. The location to my conference could not have been better. An overall great experience!

We loved our stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby had lovely autumn/harvest themed decorations and smelled great. Our room was quiet and comfortable and modern. Breakfast was yummy. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.
