I give this hotel the best rating there is. Super accommodating, early check-in, let us keep our same room at the last minute, super clean throughout, laundry facilities on 3rd floor, great.little store inside. Great breakfast. You definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend it.

When I picture myself writing a review of an amazing hotel, I did not think it would be a Holiday Inn. But it is! This location was attractive, clean, well-appointed, and well-designed. The breakfast was surprisingly good, clean, and easy-to navigate. Thank you, Holiday Inn Klamath Falls!

Room is clean and comfortable. Location felt safe. Location is in an industrial/commercial zone, so it’s not particularly nice. The price was higher than other nicer hotels in town. The walls were paper thin. I could hear other guests walking around outside my room. And I could also easily hear my neighbors and their small children and make out what they were saying to each other.

Booked this place at the last minute and their reception staff allowed me to check in immediately (an hour before standard check in time). Immaculate, spacious room, very comfortable bed in a quiet hotel with a spotless shower & bathroom (although I found their sink faucet’s water pressure to be too powerful to manage with one hand). Breakfast buffet was decent, but not noteworthy. I didn’t use their jacuzzi or exercise room.

It was as I expected — comfortable, clean and roomy. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is what would be expected but not overwhelming. They provide a complementary taxi from the train station which is really convenient and appreciated when you get in at night. We found it a good stay in Klamath Falls.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The price seemed too high for comparable places.Our room was large and looked like it could accomodate a sofa, but only had a small chair. We asked to upgrade, but were told the rules we would have to do that through Trip.com and no effort was made to satisfy our request.Breakfast was better than average.One major problem was the AC/Heat unit which was very loud. We had to shut it off for the night so we could sleep.

We stayed in one of the handicapped equipped rooms. $350 per night for two nights. The reason we paid that much was to get better shower options. Well, the shower was broken. We asked for it to be fixed after the first night. There was a token attempt but it immediately broke again the second night. This is unacceptable. The shower was unusable. No attempt was made to reimburse us for the high room cost when we asked for a reduction...

Sylvia is why we decided to stay here! We've only been here a couple of hours. But everything has been steller. We had just drove ten hours. We were very tired. SYLVIA is why i decided to book my whole stay here at this hotel. She made our arrangements in such a warm way. How I get greeted matters so much. And, certainly when you're spending this kind of money. Someone who has a good attitude cares. A good, healthy attitude. NOT just nice! But, genuine. I really need to have a clean room. She assured me that it was very clean but to go ahead and inspect it. If there was any issue, she would take care of it right then. Well, she was right! The room is spotless and so comfortable, thus far. I have an autoimmune disorder. I gave her a small run down of how that affects me. She helped us decide on a room that would be comfortable and safe for me. I love this room. I appreciate her so much. She is like a hug from a warm rainbow.
