Positive: The location was very clean and fresh-smelling. The beds and linens were soft and comfortable including the four pillows provided. Staff was friendly; parking was plentiful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic!!! Negative: We would have liked to use a table frequently provided by other motels, although this facility removed the tables from every room as stated by staff. There was a desk space and a small 15" computer table to use while sitting in a chair. Negative: ""

Nice room and great staff! A busy night there with lots of people in the lobby there for an event that were having a great time, and good for them! We appreciated being on the 4th floor where it was nice and quiet.

If I could give this hotel a zero rating, I would. I booked a room block at this hotel for my wedding over a year in advance, and I have NEVER had such HORRID service in my entire life. My guests have been harassed by owner Paul Williams and the night desk worker while trying to book in our room block, and during our stay. Several of our wedding party guests (including my now husband and I) are local to the area, but still chose to stay at the hotel due to convenience and the fact that we wanted to be near our families who have traveled such great distances to celebrate with us. The hotel tried to refuse service to those who were “local to the area”, and assumed that anyone local would be doing “nefarious things” even when stating that they were a part of our wedding block. One of our family members was harassed by the front desk worker the evening of our wedding night due to their crying infant child "being too loud" and threatened them. It is safe to say that this has been the WORST hotel experience of my life, and of course we had to deal with all of this while trying to not let it impact our joyous day. The only decent things I could say about this hotel, was that the rooms were okay, and that Abby who checked us in on Friday afternoon was wonderful and that Kristy (who we originally worked with for the room block) was always kind.

Was NEVER told or shown the actual cost per night. $355.00 in Kirksville Mo? RIP OFF. We had over 50 members of my club stay there. Next year I will tell them to go ANYWHERE else. Manager threatened me on the phone. Place was nice, staff friendly. Manager could care less. STAY AWAY!

Absolute filth trap. Bed linens not changed and dirty. Leftover water bottle on the night stand, trash in the bathroom trash can, food in the fridge and the iron and ironing board left out. To add insult to injury they recycled the room key holder that still had the last person's name, email address and what appears to be his Priority Club number. I was offered 1/2 price if I move into a room that isn't comparable to my reservation , or I could go down and get sheets to change my own linens. Packed up and got the Hell out. Drive another 25-30 miles to civilization and get a clean room.

The staff was awesome! The bathrooms were fantastic, breakfast was great and the price per room was very affordable. I stayed in two different types of rooms there and they were both fantastic, if you have a long stay I recommend getting a suite it’s not that much more money and you get a very spacious living space!

Usually good place to stay. Bed was pretty stiff this time around. Unfortunately, the pool was unhealthy to use as it made myself and other fellow guests sick after using. Highly recommend the staff re-examine how they clean it. Staff was great overall with attending any needs.

Our check-in was super easy. The staff recognized me as a member right off the bat and was able to assist us in finding a place to eat. The room was very clean and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and we slept fantastic for the entire stay. Lovely place overall.
