My family stayed here as our halfway point to our family vacation a few weeks back. This hotel is quite new so the rooms are exceptionally clean (as you would expect). The halls were quiet and the continental breakfast was lovely. The reason I write this review though is primarily for the front desk staff member, Kristen. We have a toddler and realized that we didn't have milk for her. My husband walked down to the front desk to see if there was milk for purchase and when he came back upstairs he had what was left of a half gallon. Not having any milk to purchase and not wanting us to have to leave to go to the gas station so late at night, Kristen came through and was so kind and generous regarding the situation. 11/10 would highly recommend and will be staying here again year after year. Beautiful Hotel !!!! Everyone was very nice, and professional. The place smelled and looked amazing!! This hotel was absolutely stunning!! There is no doubt I would stay here again!! A huge thank you to the manager for making sure my bill was straightened out. Also to the cleaning crew those ladies were very sweet and caring. They keep that hotel in top notch condition I felt as if I was in a movie or down town Miami some where. This hotel was amazing I can’t wait to come back!! I mean everything was great. Food, Clean, parking lot, it was all amazing!!!! Recommended 10 out of 10

April is so sweet - She is kind and thoughtful. We had a very long drive and asked for a few supplies to be left in our room. April answered the phone and when we gave her the items needed she got them with no problem. I even called back to ask if they had toothbrushes on the way to the hotel and she put those in our room too! April put out everything in our room thoughtfully. She put away each item in the room with care and made it look so homey. Her thoughtful gesture was so appreciated after a long day. We hope April's special touches do not go unnoticed as she is one of the nicest front desk agents we have met. We travel alot and April's level of customer service is very rare.

Kristen…oh my goodness. I feel like we were old friends. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She had conversations with us and informed us about our location. She actually cared about our stay, and because of her, we encouraged more of our family to stay here later this week as they travel to meet us at the beach. The rooms, lobby, and pool were all clean..spotless. Definitely our new stop. Jenna Johnson Coyne

When traveling with children, our biggest worry is noise (or the noise we unintentionally create) This hotel was clean, wonderful, and noise was no issue. Kristen had coloring sheets she shared with my children and even came to encourage their creativity. We are a family from Ohio, and we felt more than welcome in this wonderful hotel. The guys on the phone made us nervous for our stay as they were not super friendly, but upon arrival, Kristen made sure we had no worries. She was amazing and we will return.

Rooms are very clean and the furniture is very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk (I believe his name was Randall), was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable. They even had spare toiletries behind the front desk in case you forgot anything at home! If I ever come this way for travel, I'll be sure to stay here.

Not impressed. Reservations were not handled properly, and the manager made it clear he did not care. He simply repeated their policy on check-ins and cancellations. Did not even care to look at our confirmation emails to see what we had booked.... "This is the information the booking agent gave us" was his defense for the mixups. He did nothing to fix the problems and charged us for a room we had cancelled 2 weeks earlier. This is a newly built hotel - the construction crew was not very thorough. Our room had paint drops all over the place (tub, floor, walls), missing spots in the grout, chipped flooring in the tub, and a big piece of blue painters tape stuck on a wall. The window was not clean and even featured a nice hand print on the outside pane. ||Our TV was not working, so we called the desk and all they said was they could move us to another room - no advise on getting it to work or offer to send someone up to see what was wrong.||I will say the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was actually good.

This is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. The staff--with the exception of one--were wonderful and friendly. I can't thank Kristen, Christina, and April enough. They were all fantastic!!!!
