I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with several aspects standing out. The hot tub was perfectly heated, and both the pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean, with excellent water quality. The meals were fantastic, largely due to the exceptional staff who managed and prepared them. Their dedication and skill truly made a difference in the dining experience. I also appreciated the diverse and delicious breakfast options, as well as the enjoyable evening manager's reception with appetizers. They even had popcorn and cookies, which my son thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. Thank you for a terrific stay!

I call this place Aaron Judge because it hits home run after home run!!! The front desk staff is super friendly and makes checking in so easy and simple, like it ought to be!!! They pulled up all my info with my phone number so I got my IHG rewards points AND all my tax exempt info! All check ins should be this easy. The staff should be recognized for their exceptional effort. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and extra comfy which makes it easy to relax after work or a hike in the park. Breakfast is what you would expect, but the coffee is just a bit more flavorful and the hot items are prepared well and not overcooked. Its a small detail but one I really appreciate!

This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my trip. The receptionist was friendly, the staff seemed so nice! They communicated and seem to get along well with each other. The maintenance guys were in there working! It just seemed like such an alive place with a lot of activity. The beds were great. The location was so convenient and quiet. I always worry if the place looks sketchy. I actually told someone that I got the impression working there would be nice, since the staff seemed super upbeat. This made our trip to Glaciar park all the better. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and 40 min from GNP. Close to many dining options and stores. Great Front desk and breakfast staff! Good breakfast offerings.Very clean hotel and room. Only complaint is rooms are loud and noisy. Could hear water from bath/shower room above us. Loud hall noise. Walls are not as soundproof as other HIE hotels we've stayed in.

We had a 2 queen suite on the 3rd floor facing the bypass. If the highway noise would not have been so bad, the stay would have been perfect. The sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety. The location was convenient. I would not hesitate to stay here again, but would definitely request a room on the front side of the hotel.

Always prefer the holiday Inn express. Cookies from 7 to 9 pm and popcorn throughout the day in the lobby. Yum! Breakfast was tasty and got the day going well. Staff was pleasant and answered any questions I had. Didn't get a chance to test the pool, but it looks well maintained, and they just installed a new door. Comfy bed and ac was refreshing after a hot day.

An inn with a rustic ambiance. The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were very soft and puffy. The receptionist was not very friendly. The rate was a bit steep. My wife and I had a great time in the Glacier National Park.

This is an excellent property that reflects positively on the Holiday Inn Express brand.||The positive experience begins with coming upon the hotel as the exterior is modern and inviting, with earthy design elements. Check-in was quick and convenient, with friendly and helpful front desk staff.||One perq that is unusual and "un-advertised" is that on Monday through Wednesday evening, there is a complimentary dinner in the breakfast area. The evening we were there, they served some really nice friend rice and orange chicken. We were tired after a day in Glacier National Park, and this spared us the trouble of having to figure out what to have for dinner . . .though, to be clear, there is no shortage of options in Kalispell, with the hotel located in a commercial area with abundant dining choices. Additionally, there were complimentary freshly-baked cookies in the lobby.||The room itself succeeded on all fronts . . it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It included a mini-refrigerator with an ice compartment.||Kudos to the hotel for allowing pets and limiting the pet fee to just $25 (many hotels have gone up to $35 or $50, and I've even seen $75, which is just outrageous).||The pool, although I did not use it, was sizable and with a large and inviting pool deck. The fitness room, which I DID use, was nothing special but it met needs.||The complimentary breakfast was standard HI Express fare, with a nice mix of hot and cold items including their "famous" cinnamon rolls. The eating area is pleasant and spacious.||Overall, a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again if my travels take me back to Kalispell.
