Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson/Pearl Intl Airport, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Pearl - 100 Riverwind E Dr, USA

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Pearl, Mississippi during a difficult time, attending a funeral. Despite the somber occasion, my experience at the hotel was notably positive, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Upon arrival on the night of Friday, August 30, 2024, Linda at the front desk made a difficult day a bit easier. Her warm welcome and genuine compassion were incredibly comforting. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect for us, demonstrating both professionalism and kindness. Her efforts truly stood out and were greatly appreciated. Linda is truly an asset to your organization as she made a great first impression on our first visit to Mississippi. Shawn, who we encountered during our stay Saturday morning, August 31, 2024 was also a highlight. Her helpful and considerate demeanor added to the overall positive experience. When we got back in late Saturday evening, August 31, 2024, the young lady working the front desk told us she was just about to make a fresh pot of coffee. It was much needed, refreshing and truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I do not remember this individual's name but she was working a double. When it was time to check out on September 1, 2024, the same young lady at the front desk continued the trend of excellent service. Her efficiency and friendly attitude made the departure as smooth as possible. Overall, while the reason for our visit was less than ideal, the kindness and professionalism of the Holiday Inn Express staff made a significant difference. Their exceptional service is worth noting and truly enhanced our stay during a challenging time.

Easy 7 mile drive from airport. Safe area with many nearby restaurants. Great breakfast. Large, comfortable room. Extremely clean room and bathroom. We certainly would stay there again the next time we fly into Jackson. Has an outdoor pool and indoor exercise area

This hotel can use some extra attention. One of the reasons we booked here is because of the pool….it was out of service! The exercise room needs equipment one out of 3 treadmills worked, and besides some exercise balls they only had a very small limit of barbells. We came with eight children and there was literally nothing to occupy them! I asked the front desk about board games or anything… nothing! The room was decent but could have been cleaner…ie dead ladybug shells and crumbs. The highlight of the hotel was the beautiful, professional, and loving staff Auntie Linda and Cousin James and Big Sister Shawn at the front desk! They were very helpful and highly spirited! They really made my day just by their greeting when I walked in! They were awesome! They made my whole trip to Mississippi better! Can’t wait to see them soon!

NO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY 100% NO!!! Do Not stay here. Life is too short to stay at this unsatisfactory motel. Our room was horrible. The bed must be no less than 30 years old. Stains everywhere. Carpet stained. Window treatments ripped and stained. Then when we checked out the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE.

I stayed at this hotel from 5/16-5/18. The entire staff was fantastic and the room & facility as a whole was perfection. The breakfast bar is to die for whgen compared to other hotels. I must single out the afternoon counter person Linda. I had spoken to her the evening before my arrival as I would be coming in very late. As I approached the counter the following afternoon I asked "you are?" She said Linda and welcome Mr. Green, so glad you made it. She not only recognized my voice but remembered my name. Very impressive!

Heather was at the front desk and was just a beautiful personality! I was just passing through so she suggested a place with good fish for dinner and was just very helpful! I would definitely come back next time coming through!

Positive: The customer service was great. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very nice..The bed was comfortable Negative: I was a bit disappointed in the room. It seemed very dated..curtains were stained, paint splashes on the phone and bathroom door, dusty lamp shades Kleenex holder, chipped furniture, peeling areas/fingernail scratches on the soft part of the headboard

As a "Plantinum Elite" member, this is the worst hotel experience ever. Checked in the hotel on Sunday, June 2, 2024. The bedsheets were beyond filthy as well as the table top. The bed linen had not been changed on the beds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
