This is a very nice property in a nice area that is close to shopping and several good restaurants. The staff at this Holiday Inn is amazing. I had made a mistake with my reservations on a very busy weekend. They not only helped straighten everything out but made is appear easy. I was handed to two different people and both were very understanding and extremely efficient. The Hotel is clean, has a nice pool area, and feels very safe and comfortable.

This is a well run hotel. I appreciated the oversight at breakfast by at least two people, especially since it was quite busy. Rooms were serviced everyday. Adequate indoor pool which was not large but the kids seemed to enjoy. Clean room and public spaces.

I stayed here for the week during a business trip. I'm so happy with my choice! Staff members are attentive and friendly, rooms are comfortable and super clean, and the location is extremely convenient. They are also one of the few hotels that have resumed daily room refreshing. Also, at the end of my stay, I had some virtual meetings that would take me beyond check-out. Even though the manager denied me a late check-out time, I was welcomed to hold my meetings in either the lobby area or in the empty conference room. Wanting to enjoy the sunshine of the day, I elected to work from the front lobby. Except for a little ill timing with the vacuuming of the area during one of my meetings, the area was quiet and comfortable. Also, after one of my meetings, the front desk attendant was so kind as to gift me a bottle of water. So appreciated!! I will stay here for certain on my next trip to the area!

We wanted a hotel with a pool near the kids. We got all that. Unfortunately though the indoor pool was pretty chilly. That was the only part of our stay we didn't like. The continental breakfast selection is much bigger than what you see at most hotels.

For absolutely no reason, this hotel started condoning off its parking lots - I'm guessing some manager is power tripping over cars driving through them. For months now they've been putting up cones and ropes to try and stop people from driving through, for no reason whatsoever. Such a petty establishment is definitely going to give you a horrible experience, which they do. The owner then responded to this review saying that it's to protect customers...despite there NEVER being anybody around that back road, and the patio area being fenced off regardless! Pathetic 😂

A good place to stay it was clean staff was friendly and attentative. It has a good breakfast pool was a little small but not bad. The place is surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants also there is a Meijer not to far away in case you forgot to pack something.

Stayed one night after the Big Ten football championship game with my daughter. ||I travel quite a bit with my daughter so I am very mindful of safe locations. Arrived back from the game at 12:30am on a Saturday night with no worries at all. Great location and very well lit parking lot. ||The hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast was the same as every other HIE and kept fully stocked while we were eating. ||The staff at this location is amazing. They were able to accommodate our early check in request. Friendly front desk staff that welcomed us back. Just as friendly in the morning with everyone saying good morning. Multiple staff also said congratulations as the team I was cheering for had won. ||By far one of the best overall HIE experiences I have had. I would stay here again without a doubt.

We enjoyed the stay here and had a nice experience. The hotel staff was very nice and were always cleaning even during breakfast. Food was pretty good for free breakfast as well. Pillows were not the greatest
