Stayed here because the price was much more reasonable than the Fayetteville and Lumberton hotels. Clean rooms and bath. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful with a great restaurant recommendation. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool, although it needed some attention after all the rain.Breakfast was a little skimpy but we arrived right after the rush, which probably was the reason. I felt safe, welcomed, and would absolutely go back.

I recently stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The hotel was quiet, allowing for uninterrupted relaxation, and the warm cinnamon buns at breakfast were a delicious treat to start the day. I also appreciated the Dove-branded amenities in the bathroom, which added a nice touch of quality. However, I did notice that the hotel has a slightly dated appearance, with some visible wear and tear on the doors. Additionally, it's not located near popular dining and shopping spots, which could be a drawback if you prefer convenience. Despite these minor issues, the quality of the stay was very good.

We stayed here several times over the last year while visiting family and have always had a great experience. Clean rooms, nice facility, great location, and better-than-average food service. We especially appreciate the evening snacks and drinks. An employee named Lance was particularly friendly and remembered us from our last visits, so he greeted us by name. We had a maintenance issue with the curtain on the first day, and the front desk promptly had a maintenance man come the same day to resolve the issue. Always a great stay here.

We arrived this morning at around 4:30 am after a series of issues in a very long drive. Staff was very accommodating when we called to let them know how far away we were. To top it off when we arrived, Christina knew exactly who I was and she could see how tired we were. She offered us a late checkout which is just what we needed. That was customer service at its finest. And the room was very comfortable and clean.

Today we were greeted by Lance. He had such a friendly, warm, and inviting spirit. While checking in he helped me find information I was looking for and he spoke and greeted my son. This was a great first impression. Also the rooms were clean and sizable. When I visit the area again this will not be the first option it will be the ONLY option. Great job Lance and team!

The service was amazing. The breakfast staff by far the best i've seen as far as attitude. The front desk staff did great also. The facilities while not dated where definitely not well kept. Paint peeling all over the patio. Cracks on walls. Dirty spots on the furniture. The bed was nice and clean and probably one of the best nights sleep i've had in a hotel.

UPDATE: I got my bank involved on a 3 way call. Nothing different happened they verified everything was good (like they told us previously) and then suddenly I was able to get refunded and the right card charged. Also if the card kept being charged and error/declined we would get notifications just as it appeared when the charge went through. We never gotten those. I learned my lesson, I would NEVER stay here again. I do not recommend staying here. They have charged my cards( 2) multiple times . The manager was supposed to refund me for the duplicates and took my card information to refund me but instead I got a $2K charge that is fraud. if I don’t get my refund, I will be contacting my bank. I do not recommend staying here the room had roaches(this hotel too new to have roaches), the pool was murky and dirty. the food is mediocre warmed up process food. They never rotate their menu. There was period blood on the toilet first day I arrived and I did inform them that they needed to do a better job with cleaning, they put a sheet on that was already stained. There was issues with my stay the entire time, some staff tried to help rectify things. I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay. I stayed two weeks. housekeeping went whole week without cleaning my room and I had to complain. I am now dealing with the fourth person to try to get my money back that they took unauthorized. Shellie (front desk) could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Every question I presented she focused on finding an answer that worked best for me and my family. She is great!!
