First time we've stayed in a hotel with 2 small children and it was perfect - easy check in, spotless room, comfortable beds. I didn't even know they had breakfast when we booked it and it was delicious! The staff all did an excellent job. Highly recommend this place!

We got in at 12:30 AM and the front desk employee got us checked in so fast so we could get right to bed. Room is very clean, seems pretty new and the beds were comfy. Breakfast in the morning tasted good, very fresh and good variety. The only complaint was that the AC unit was noisy and made a whirring noise, but it wasn't bad enough to keep us up.

We stay in a lot of hotels and I can say that this one is one of the best we've stayed at. Rooms were clean and smelled wonderful, the air conditioner worked prefecture, my husband likes his room to be a meat locker 🤦🏻‍♀️, the pool area and pool was clean, the fitness room was clean and nice and cool, the outside, hallways, entry, etc. were all very clean. Breakfast was pancakes, bagles, English muffins, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, sausage, omelets, 2 different types of milk, 3 different juices, etc. Great stay for sure!

On Easter, we had been on the road for 10 hours and randomly stopped here. It was immaculate, the gentleman at the desk was so welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, the bathroom essentials unexpected. So nice! The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly. We became IHG members immediately. We later found out with extreme disappointment, that not all IHG hotels are as nice as this one.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! I came in late in the day without a reservation. Rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious. Excellent continental breakfast! I highly recommend this location for all your travel needs. If I am back thru this area, I will absolutely stay here!

This Holiday Inn Express needs a remake. I was in a Queen “suite”, so to speak. The chair and ottoman in my room need to be replaced ASAP; very run down. When I took my shower, I grabbed my towel and there were three large holes in the towel; the bath mat had a large hole in it. The air conditioning was below average. I skipped breakfast the next morning. Pastries in wrappers, cereal — you get the idea. I grabbed a coffee and headed home. The room cost me $222 and some change. Definitely won’t stay here again. The only plus for the hotel was the location. I do want to say that the young man who was checking people in on 6/22/2024 was excellent.

It has been so much better. Have been coming here for the last 4 years. Rooms are starting to show their age, broken furniture, fixtures, mold in the showers. The big issue this time was housekeeping. Started with pillows that smelled like BO and other bodily smells….. the scary thing was that the replacement pillows smelled the same. The next day I spoke with the front desk and the pillows were replaced again along with the bedding. Problem resolved. Not exactly sure what the issue was there. Old pillows? Not using laundry detergent? Not sure. ||Went out to do an errand on the morning of checkout. Brought my bags with. Went back to room before check out time to find the housekeeper making up the room. Went back to front desk. They were nice, told me that housekeepers are supposed to start cleaning rooms before checkout if they can. Couldn’t end up going back to the room because the housekeeper had the door open, her phone charging in the room playing music…..||Bummed out, this has been a go to for a while….

Hotel is in bad shape and Im thankful we only had it booked for one night. Rooms smelled terrible, walls were thin enough to hear neighbors, none of the water fountains worked, the pool had approximately 4 pool chairs, there was hair in the shower & on the bed, A/C didn’t work well, and overall it was just gross. On top of it, someone’s car was broken into while we were there. Location is convenient. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast and was decent. Overall, we will not be back to this location.
